Questions & Answers

To me, this appears to be a dryer ball; what makes it better than one of my dryer balls?

This is what I've been doing with a dryer ball. It isn't particularly sturdy, but it withstands the pressure I apply (I am only 100 pounds). I'm considering ordering a legitimate massage ball because they're usually made of a dense, firm rubber that won't collapse like the plastic dryer balls do, and they're a little smaller, making them ideal for keeping in my purse for work or travel.

What's the best way to keep it clean? Is it okay if I wash it in the same machine as my clothes?

To clean it, simply place it in a bowl with soapy water.

What is the dimension of the object?

It's about the size of a golf ball. Approximately 2 5 inches

This ball has the potential to be magical
5/5

I'm not sure what kind of magic this ball contains, but it far surpassed my and my husband's expectations. br>br>My husband works on his feet, and he's on his feet for up to 12 hours at a time. Days that are 14 hours long. His feet were always hurting, and he said it felt like he had plantar fasciitis at times. I was irritated because he was using our daughter's wooden tomato (play food for her kitchen) to prop up his foot. We have a foam roller, which has been one of our best investments (it's great for back, hips, legs, and whatever else). They are incredible! ), so I was hoping for something similar on Amazon for my feet. br>br>When I came across this little ball, I was blown away by the positive feedback. I read through it and, to be honest, I was a little skeptical. I couldn't see how this would be useful, but it was inexpensive ($5-$10). Why not give it a shot? It's only $6 at the time of ordering. br>br>As soon as it arrived, my husband put it to use. Only 5 minutes, he claimed, had made a significant difference. It's perfect for him. He also has hand pain, which this relieves (he's had surgery on one for guyon canal release and carpal tunnel, and is waiting for the same surgery on the other). br>br>I also have hand pain, arthritis in the thumb joint, and what feels like carpal tunnel syndrome. This little ball also works wonders for me in terms of pain relief. It isn't long-lasting, but it is a welcome pain reliever in the short term. br>br>In addition, I have muscle pain in the areas of my shoulder blades and lower back. My husband is unable to rub my back as often as he would like due to hand pain. He can rub my back with it while it also massages his hand, so it's a win-win situation! br>br>I've worked on my hips, outer thighs, calves, and shoulders with this ball. Basically, anywhere that comes to mind. At the very least, we'll get another one, if not two. br>br>It's such a good deal.

This is not for you if you enjoy smooth balls
3/5

On any surface, the ball does not roll smoothly. br>br>The logo is prominently displayed above the nobs. Not in one, but two places! Both the top and the bottom of the page! br>br>*Clunk, clunk, clunk
br>At the end of the day, this thing is nothing more than a rubber ball with little nobs on it. And I prefer smooth balls. br>br> br>br>The nobs are fantastic, but look for one that will roll smoothly and purchase it. br>br>Better yet, simply freeze a water bottle and roll your feet on it once or twice a day. (This is a free tip from my personal trainer)br>br>I would not buy this clumsy ball again. br>br>I genuinely want to like it. br>br>However, I use it on a regular basis. *Clunk, clunk, clunk*, says the clunk, clunk, clunk, clunk, clunk, clunk, clunk, c.

Thumbs and hands benefit greatly from it
5/5

I'm writing because the majority of reviews focus on how it works on people's feet. I used mine on my thumbs, which used to ache all the time, had even sharper pain at times, and were, for all intents and purposes, incapable of doing anything. I just rubbed the ball all over my thumb (and eventually the rest of my hand/wrist) and worked it into any sore spots - which could be found almost anywhere and was at times quite painful. It only took a few days for me to notice a difference, and after about a month, I had regained the majority of my thumb and hand strength. back to working order I still use the ball on a regular basis to keep my thumbs and hands nimble and pain-free. br>br>I can't say enough good things about this ball; it has truly transformed my life.

When I use it correctly, it's very effective
5/5

This is a very useful tool for me. Because the nubs aren't sharp, they don't irritate the skin like my previous massage ball did. br>br>I'm in the middle of a bad plantar fasciitis flare-up right now, so I made sure to use VERY GENTLE pressure as I rolled my foot over this ball, on a carpeted surface with some give. Only a minute or two per foot, once or twice a day. I applied ice to my heels right away. It helps to have a supportive pair of inside shoes during these flare ups. br>br> In the heel area of the Skechers GORUN, there is a lot of foam. There are numerous excellent shoes available to suit each individual's preferences. br>br>If you search the internet for gentle stretches, you'll find them. I flex my toes. It's helped me get out of bed by gently pulling up on my toes. A towel may be useful for those who can't reach their toes. br>br>I also use CBD and cooling rubs, as well as Cool Azul essential oil. My stomach rejects pills, so I can't take them.

For me and as a present! This is an unbiased, non-paid, non-free item review
5/5

These are fantastic! br>br> They were in a Fleet Feet location when I saw them. I bought one for myself and three more to give as gifts. Then I had to come back here and order a fifth for a different present. These are ideal for giving as gifts! They're fantastic for relieving simple pain! Alternatively, if you have more complicated foot issues. br>br>The price is the same as in the store, which is convenient. I was using a golf ball, but they can be slippery at times, resulting in a fall and injury. As a result, I'm a huge fan of this rubber! It prevents you from tripping! br>br>5 out of 5 stars!.

On the first day, everything was almost perfect
4/5

I've only used it once, but I'm already very pleased with it! If the Rubz logo wasn't so large on both sides of the ball, I'd give it five stars. When I tried circular motions on my foot, it was raised far too high and got in the way. br>br>Physical therapy for Plantar Fasciitis took about two months for me to complete. Every day, I'm supposed to find something to roll my foot out on. After reading reviews, I decided to purchase a lacrosse ball (as suggested by the therapist); Despite the fact that he stated that everyone's tastes are different, a Thera- This ball, as well as a band roller They recommended combining the two. For the time being, the lacrosse ball appears to be too difficult. So, based on the recommendation of another reviewer, I began with the Thera- This was followed by a band roller. It's a wonderful feeling. I began lightly and gradually increased the amount of pressure I applied. Today I spent a lot of time on my feet, and this ball was fantastic! I'm tempted to order another so I can work on both feet at the same time! Even if this doesn't last forever, it would be perfect if they could just fix the size of the logo. They are reasonably priced and can be replaced as needed.
