Hard Rubber is not the word that comes to mind when I think of these. They're tough and can press down hard, and they dig deeper into the fascia than anything else I've tried. They were recommended to me by my Podiatrist, who is a runner. So go ahead and buy them, but leave the spikes at home. They will only cause harm to your foot, according to my doctor.
Yes, it's made of extremely tough plastic. For arch massage, I prefer hard plastic that does not flex. My plantar fasciitis has improved dramatically as a result of using it.
There isn't any need. Use a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated. But why not try it?

Today, my order arrived. Manual Foot Massagers, ChiFit Foot Rollers, Plantar Fasciitis Massage Rollers (two foot rollers and one spiky ball), ChiFit Foot Rollers - Relaxation through Shiatsu Acupressure - Pain in the arch of the foot is relieved almost instantly. It is, without a doubt, my favorite. I feel a sense of relief. I needed something to help with my aches and pains. When I get up and walk, the plantar fascia on the bottom of my feet hurts a lot. This should help with nerve damage, backbone deterioration, headaches, and migraines, among other things. The spikes aren't as sharp as they appear to be. It has a pleasant feel to it. It has a rubbery texture rather than a hard plastic feel to it. It rolls really well and has a nice softness to it. I strongly suggest it. There is a faint odor to it. I'm going to use for insomnia before I go to bed. The spike ball is also fantastic. I really enjoy how easy it is to hold and roll around in my hand. It will aid in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome and stiff hands due to arthritis. Thank you very much.
I was skeptical at first, but I was willing to give anything a try if it would help my plantar fasciitis heal faster. I've changed my mind. I'll admit that before this foot roller arrived, my plantar fasciitis, which had been bothering me for about 6 weeks, was gradually improving, but I felt like things had reached a stalemate, and I couldn't seem to find anything that helped significantly. I'd been stretching, wearing a night brace, getting a foot massage, and so on, but honestly, my foot felt significantly better from the first time I used this roller and has continued to feel significantly better in a way that nothing else I've tried has. The bumps on the roller seem to help, so I roll my foot for about 5 minutes at night, in the morning, and right after any exercise.
I purchased these along with a few other items, and I'm so glad I did! I saw a few listings for similar items, but I chose this one because it included two foot rollers and one ball for the same price. I had no idea I'd do this, but I'm glad I have two because I'll put my feet on top of them as I get ready for work and use them to stretch and relieve foot pain! My husband wears them after work every day, and my 5-year-old daughter enjoys them as well.
This is fantastic. After two hikes in a row, I developed plantar fasciitis. I'd never had it before, but now I understand what everyone is talking about and how it can put you out of work. This set was purchased, and it has assisted me in getting back on the trail. I now use these foot rollers on a daily basis, as well as a wooden slant board. You will not be disappointed if you purchase it.
rollers - the type with four rollers mounted on a small frame that sits on the floor This was one of the first books I ever purchased, and I was very pleased with it. I incorrectly assumed that the smaller bumps on my two wooden rollers would not be as effective as the larger ones. This set of rollers is fantastic! br>br>First, I placed one in my living room and the other in my home office. I did the same thing with my wooden rollers to make a mixed pair in each room when I found them. My mother says: I gave one of these rollers and one of my wooden ones to my sister-in-law who was suffering from foot pain. She sent me a photo of her feet, which looked like they were having a great time! br>br>I'm going to order more of these for myself and others. That's fantastic!.
This helps to relieve the pain in my feet, which I have all the time. The most important thing to remember is that they are extremely hard; I have wood floors, so they scoot around when I roll my feet across them, so I had to use a rug to use them. It's worthwhile because my feet feel better as a result.
I have flat feet and am in my 30s and am beginning to experience pain. This is a great way to relax your feet while also feeling good. I intend to carry it around with me wherever I go because it is small enough to fit in my purse. I like that it includes a two-foot roller, which is something that not many sets include.
The ball is made of a plastic that is unpleasant to hold. The rollers are sturdy and well-made, with firm rubber spikes, which I like. The ball, on the other hand, is made of flimsy hard plastic that is uncomfortable to play with. Because there are no instructions, I'm not sure how to use it properly or for how long. This was a poor decision.
