Questions & Answers
These are about the size of a golf ball. I couldn't use the larger ones because they were too big.
It has a diameter of 2".
Mine had a strong plastic odor, but only when I held them up to my nose could I detect it. I don't detect any odors if they are simply sitting next to me at the table. Maybe it's because I use them while soaking my foot in Epsom salt and eucalyptus oil in a bucket?

After a year of suffering from plantar fasciitis, I realized I needed to take action to reclaim my fitness. I did some online research and was able to figure out what was causing the problem. Many people recommended physical therapy, while others recommended seeing a rolfer, both of which were out of my price range. I finally came across a blog discussing these small pokey golf balls, or at least that's how they appeared to me, and for a few dollars, I figured I couldn't pass them up. br>br>Well, I haven't missed an evening wearing them since I got them, and they have made a huge difference in my pain and ability to use my foot. When I sit down to watch TV in the evening, I use the ball. However, I must warn you that it hurts and can be extremely painful if you exert too much pressure. When I rolled the ball on the bottom of my foot from my toes to my heal for about ten minutes, I noticed a significant improvement in my pain. Every night, for 15 minutes. I had to apply a lot of pressure at first, and it hurt, but the pain of working with the ball went away in the morning, and my pain got better and better with each passing day. Although I am no longer in pain, I continue to use the ball to keep my heal loose and flexible so that it does not stiffen and prevent me from leading an active lifestyle. I can't thank the Footstar enough for everything it's done for me.
These balls are one of my favorites and I use them all of the time. They're also lightweight enough to bring on a backpacking trip. Rolling my feet out has taken me from barely being able to walk to leaping and jumping and feeling completely energized. (Rolling, too, has a specific technique. ) so 100% the balls are not 100% the balls are 100% the balls are 100% the This is my go-to brand when it comes to rolling out. There's a lime green one at Sports Basement, as well as another brand called FootRubz that I like, but these are the lightest for backpacking. I also use them to roll out the tension in my hands and thumbs from typing, racquet sports, and bodywork.
You need one of these if you're on your feet all day or have plantar fasciitis (I only bought the two-ball set so I could give one to a friend). The spacing of the tabs is pretty good and softens up the fascia on my feet, keeping them from hurting and cramping. It's not soft and is actually quite rugged, which should make for a long life of the product. Every day, I only use it for a minute per foot.
Really! Astonishingly foul odor! The odor of many rubber and plastic products fades over time. I left these out for a day and found the odor to be oppressive throughout the room - I'm talking about the worst kind of bad - It smells like a spring garden in the locker room of a hockey team. Both the manufacturer and the distributor should stop attempting to profit from their on-the-ground presence. customers on the phone In- This is a purchase that no store customer would ever make.
My PF pain has been greatly reduced thanks to these little gems. At first, they were a little painful to use, but in a good way. Since I started using these, I've noticed a significant reduction in pain and difficulty walking in the morning. I would strongly suggest it.
The fact that there are two balls appeals to me greatly. One is in my carry-on bag, and the other is at home. I literally roll my feet everywhere and at all times!! It's firm and compact, and it's a great buy!.
Effective, but more difficult balls than the one I had before. When I use, I sometimes wear socks. In particular, using a roller ball technique for metatarsal pain, limited mobility due to foot pain, and plantar fasciitis has proven to be extremely beneficial. While brushing my teeth, I rest my foot on it and apply firm pressure to different parts of my arch. To finish, I toss the ball around the area.
