I regularly foam roll (I strongly recommend the Life Pro Surger vibrating roller as well) and use massage balls to keep it from getting worse. There are no limits to the care that can be given with the Massage Gun. The last few weeks since I have gotten it, I've been stretching my lower body and meditating for a total of 10 minutes a day. The ball rolls. As of now, I include Massage Gun for 1-to-1 massages From the bottom of my feet to the inside of my upper thigh, I spent two minutes in each area of my lower body (about 10 minutes total). Using the microphone-like attachment on my feet, and the flat attachment on my legs, I set it up like this. I notice a big difference in tightness and have been able to ease cranky pain on the bottom of my foot (despite increasing my weekly long runs).
