Due to the cheap nature of the acupressure point magnets, they failed to hit the correct points to provide neck pain relief. There are better ones on the market and the magnets are stitched into place, so they don't move. Compared to my old brace, it seems to be a bit stiffer but I guess that's for the best since it acts as A perfect amount of warmth is provided by this heater as it warms up nicely. The purchase was well worth it. The item I purchased was of good quality.

I do not believe that the strap latching under your chin, on your throat was very comfortable for those of us suffering from migraines, since the strap latching under your chin, on your throat was very close to your mouth. There's no heat coming off of this machine to make it comfortable to sit on. It's a waste of our money!.

My gut reaction to writing a negative review is to avoid doing it. I rarely give reviews, which is why I rarely post them. This is a deceiving picture, in any case. The reason is In the picture you can see thermal heating, but there were no instructions with the package. Having returned it, I now have to purchase another one. When I bought it for my father, he looked at me and asked, "How is this going to help my neck pain?"? There is no heating. I think it is more of a support. I know, but! There was an understanding among the sellers, which enabled us to return the item and get our money.

Initially, I used the Necku that worked great, but it is no longer available. It doesn't matter how many of these are sold now.

There were too many lychees and it was too thick

There are two packs I ordered and I was very disappointed. The products are very thick and too hot so they do not feel comfortable around your neck. If I had ordered from elsewhere it would have been cheaper and more comfortable.
