I have been purchasing this for the winter season and have been very pleased. Natural herbal supplements may build up this way, so I was almost ready to disregard the issue, but then I wiped my finger on a napkin and it literally wiped off with the texture and feel of both an acrylic paint and I've never encountered anything like this before in a herbal supplement, or any other product. I called again 4 times within a week, leaving voicemails and trying to find out what was going on. No one contacted me back. This was my biggest concern. The fact that I am seeing that red flag is a big deal to me. I don't get as much business as I used to.

It seems that my son, who is 7 years old, has been fighting off a new bug every month this winter. We have finally been able to get him this set and I am in the process of scheduling his appointments for I've noticed thus far that he does not find them challenging to swallow, and so far he seems to like the taste somewhat. There were two types of packaging for these bottles a cardboard box inside which the bottles were wrapped in bubble wrap, and then a bigger bubble wrap bag that was taped at the top so they were very well packaged. Not a drop of water was leaked, not a crack was visible. There was no sign of contamination on any of the bottles and the expiration dates are all either a year or two It may not seem like much, but the bottles were so clean, there were no fingerprints on them until I opened them now hope that these three will give my son's immune system a boost since he had so many colds As time goes on I will update when he has been using them longer and notice a difference, but so far, I am content with how they are working! Additionally, I just purchased some ChildLife Vitamin D3 and will soon add it to his regimen so that I can expect an improvement in his immune system in general. As time goes on, we will know for sure. The product is definitely one I will buy again.

Gaia Kids Immune Support had not helped, finally when he came home sick just a few days ago, I ordered this, took it the next day, and he was 75% better in 2 days. We are now on day 4 and 90% better. It took him only two days to get really sick so that he missed no school! After already being sick a day before, I'm starting it a day later.

Everything worked as soon as I did it! Every time my daughter started to get the sniffles, I gave her this immune support and it disappeared the next day. The First Defense bottle had a surprise waiting for me when I opened it. A brown gunk had formed on the surface. I'm not sure what that is, but it's not cheap, and I wasn't happy about it.

It's great to use these products, although I paid for this multi-variety pack, but that's not what I received. Two liquid vitamin C drops and a small bottle with a dropper were delivered to me. As a result, I did not receive immune support. My rating is based on the lack of attention given to the package and shipment.
