Questions & Answers

Has anyone tried Bulletproof's Brain Octane oil as well as this product? If so, how do you think they compare?

Brain Octane is only the C8 MCT not C8, C10 and C12 (Lauric Acid) like this oil more than like it is but doesn't state here or on their C10 and C8 will be converted to energy in your body in fewer steps, whereas C12 will be metabolized in your liver. There is no comparison between this and Brain Octane; in fact, this is closer to Bulletproof's XTC, which still contains more C10 and C8 than this product. I can only guess how much MCTs they offer because they don't say how much.

As a result, I went to the store and bought organic coconut oil. Is there a difference between taking a tablespoon of this and a tablespoon of that?

I believe the broad claim that MCT oil does not contain lauric acid in general, whereas coconut oil [in a tub] does, is now outdated. Although it may have been true in 2014, it's worth noting that this particular MCT oil brand does contain lauric acid. , as well as the manufacturer's emphasis in the product description.

Does it have a coconut oil flavor? I can't stand the smell or taste of regular coconut oil. ?

Neither the smell nor the taste of coconut have ever occurred to me, unlike E. It's what I put in my coffee. I believe it will satisfy you.

If you're not careful, you'll pee your pants
4/5

This is a good product, and I'm a repeat customer, but it should be accompanied by a warning label for new customers. You'll need to stay near a bathroom if you're not used to it and take too much. This side effect fades after a few days, but TAKE IT SLOW, believe me when I say that.

Caution is advised
3/5

I'm not sure if this works, but it will make your farts lumpy if you use too much. I'm serious. You have been forewarned of this danger. This is the stuff to use if you need to flush your system. Just remember to set aside some time for yourself. Check that the iPad is charged, that the candles are lit, and that the Lysol spray is full.

FOLLICULITIS PATIENTS WILL LOVE THIS
5/5

September 2019 update: I stopped using downy or any other type of softener/scented beads on my pillows, and I no longer get the residue itchiness that I used to get every now and then. Of course, using fungal acne safe shampoos and conditioners helps to eliminate the acne/crazy itching and reduce shedding on my scalp. )br>br>Recently updated: This oil hasn't lost any of its effectiveness. For scalp dermatitis, however, I've started using eddy's baby shampoo. It's fantastic! If you have fine hair or need volume, I recommend shampooing twice and then hydrating with a small dab of Hada Labo Perfect Gel if it is slightly itchy due to dryness: HOLY GRAIL. )br>br> I suffer from folliculitis and fungal acne, so I was looking for a good scalp massaging oil alternative. And who oils their scalp, you might wonder? Me. This young lady. I finally developed an itchy reaction to shampoos after 26 years. Shampoos for dandruff are my worst nightmare. In fact, they made things worse. Even shampoos without SLS or allergens, such as free and clear, give me an itchy scalp. There was no dandruff, pus, or anything else, so it was a strange itch. It was just an itch that drove me insane T_T The only thing that helped was moisturizing shampoo. Those moisturizing shampoos, on the other hand, caused my hair to become extremely flat and caused acne-like bumps on my face. Then I read on Reddit that some people were using oils on their scalp and that they were having a lot of success with it. Olive and castor oils, on the other hand, were too heavy for my hair, causing pimples on my scalp and face. As a result, I reasoned that since mct oil is effective as an oil cleanser for people with folliculitis, it might work for me as well. And, by God, did it work! My hair is lustrous, full of body/volume, and my scalp is hella happy after massaging this into my scalp, letting it sit for a few minutes or half an hour, then shampooing it off with any cheap shampoo. I tried it with pantene, suave, kirkland, and other brands of shampoo, and the results were fantastic. After that, I use a light conditioner, and my hair has remained in excellent condition since then! BUY IT. And if you don't like it, you can simply return it thanks to Amazon Prime's generous return policy! P. br>br>P. br>br>P. br>br>P. Sorry for the long paragraph, but if it can help someone else who is in a similar situation to me, then why not?.

Coconut oil is the last thing I'll ever use
5/5

Medium Chain Triglyceride Oil is a fantastic supplement for those following the Keto diet. Every day, I can add 30 to 60 grams of hidden fat to my diet thanks to this MCT oil. My scrambled eggs are fluffy when I use 1 to 2 tablespoons, and there is no smell or flavor. For any frying, I combine this oil with lard, whether it's chicken, fish, or anything else. A single bottle will last you a lifetime. I make my ketone water before every workout and squirt a tablespoon straight into my mouth for a quick energy boost. br>By the way, I did my own research. Do your own research and you'll discover that Medium Chain Triglycerides have been praised in study after study. In addition, I recently had labwork done at my doctor, and my cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood sugars were the best they'd ever been. This year, I will turn 49, and I am in the best shape of my life.

The digestive discomfort is a negative aspect of the product
4/5

It's a tad more than a tad more than a Here's how it works. br>br>I purchased this after hearing from my husband that it was fantastic and beneficial in a variety of ways. As a result, I was successful. It's been three weeks since I wrote this review, and I've been waiting to see how it turned out. Well, it does exactly what it's supposed to do! My husband claims that he is feeling much better, that he has more energy, and that his mind is clearer. His stamina has skyrocketed, which is fantastic! In the morning, he adds one or two doses to his coffee, and it has no odor or taste. br>br>Here's the catch: his farts are TERRIBLE as a result of this! Both the kids and I are on the verge of passing out! He used to only poop once or twice a week, but now he claims to be pooping every day and that the poops are nice and comfortable. It's not runny or anything like that; it's just nice. But what about the feces? It's HORRIBLY HORRIBLY HORRIBLY HORRI He let one in the car with the kids and me yesterday, and I was afraid we'd all perish before the windows were rolled down. br>br>Sure, it's a great product for what it's supposed to do, but it comes with a lot of negative side effects. Just keep that in mind.

Once you've entered the. This is something I use on a daily basis. Once in my coffee and once in a bottle of water around 2 p. m. I've only been on the Keto diet for six days and have lost seven pounds already.

Those who are new to MCT oil should be aware of the following warnings. Taking more than the recommended dose may result in violent behavior. diarrhoea that is both explosive and repulsive.

It hurts a lot
3/5

My coworkers mistook me for a slacker. I'm not sure if this works or not because every time I took it, I had violent diarrhea that lasted for hours and was excruciatingly painful. My coworkers thought I was being irresponsible by skipping work when, in reality, I was dying in the bathroom, giving birth to a new mutant race that would eventually take over the world.
