There is no difference between vanilla and chocolate, no matter what flavor. It's hard to pick a favorite between the two flavors.
A serving of this has 9 grams of carbs. There's no doubt about it this Keto meal replacement shake tastes great! In order to make it more of a shake, I add lots of ice and blend it. I really like that it curbs my appetite for about a few hours. Highly recommended.

That's not a bad shake at all. The food was delicious. I just don't think it's a good deal. You can't get the entire can when you pick it up. The can won't run out quickly. It lasted me two more days when I found another one. I will be here for five It matters to me a lot what value is.
