Natrol Glucosamine, Hyaluronic Acid and MSM, 90 Capsules (Pack of 2)

I've been suffering from pain in my right knee and hip flexor for a long time. In addition to walking and kickboxing, I lift light weights and do lunges and squats regularly. There were times when I was unable to walk up the stairs to my home office due to the pain. As a result of my allergy to shellfish, I thought supplements would not be an option for me. I used to take that formula, and I found it was extremely effective in controlling my knee pain. Considering I am vegetarian, I switched a few months ago to this vegetarian formulation made by Natrol, since the chondroitin is not animal-based and MSM is included, so I figured it might work just as well for me. As for the Natrol product, while it is less expensive, I am not convinced it is as effective, since I am feeling a little more stiffness and soreness in my knees than I did before using it. As a result of the change in the supplement, I am not sure if the cause of my joint pain is the change in the supplement itself or just the natural wear and tear of Though I'm not keen on taking chondroitin, if I end up having to go back to the Solaray, I will report back on whether its effect is discernible. My coworkers and I both enjoy the lower price of Natrol's products, and I know several people who love it.
Update I have found that the product is effective when used for a longer period of time. Glucosamine chondroitin caused me reflux at first, but since I have found it better taken with food and to avoid taking it late at night, it is easier to digest now.

I had arthritis in my knees and hips Over the last few years, I have taken Glucosamine in some form It was usually Schiff Lubriflex, but that is no longer available. I had thought it had something to do with the fact that it contained chondrotin, according to some reason the replacement MoveFree does not work for me. As a replacement for Lubriflex, I have tried many glucosamine products and now I find that this one works. When I stop taking these supplements every now and then, I start getting knee pain again within two weeks.
