I use it twice a day, in the morning and at night, and I notice a great difference. Arthritis is one of the reasons for using this product. It relieves joint pain and discomfort. I had been experiencing pain levels of 8 before I started using Baxyl, and I am now experiencing pain levels of 1 to 2. Since I started taking Baxyl three years ago, I have been using it daily. An added benefit is that the course is drug-free. It may not be for everyone, but it is worth trying for one month to see if it works for you. Using acetaminophen and ibuprofen to treat my arthritis has been reduced.

Based on some information I read, the recommended doses range from 80mg to 200mg (the bottle label indicates a maintenance dosage It takes one and a half teaspoons. Each day). Even though I still take an anti-inflammatory for my arthritis, when I combine the two, my pain (arthritis in my hands, wrists, knees, back, hips, and neck) has been greatly reduced.

The last time I used it, it was for a severe ankle injury causing me grief, and I found that it didn't seem to relieve the pain. In the years after my injury, I had surgery to repair the damage and went straight to Baxyl knowing it would help my recovery! A number of people were unable to tolerate glucosamine well, so I purchased this for them.
