Those who may consider Valerian strong might consider it to have a very distinctive smell. This smell is pleasing to me and it does provide proof that it is an authentic product. It would seem doubtful to me if I bought a package of Valerian and it smelled like nothing.

I like this very, very much! Unlike many other sleeping medications, this works so well that I'm only allowed to use it every once in a while

Therefore, it can cause headaches for me and a few others, but it's very effective. Using blue-blocking glasses, and other methods, I've greatly improved the quality of my sleep, but every once in a while, I just cannot sleep for some reason, and this works for me.

I do not understand why standardized root should be mixed with whole root

The Valerian root pills did not work for me I sat up for an hour to make sure that they would digest, but I did not feel any sleepy effects after taking them previous Valerian root I've ordered did, but not these extremely poor.
