I found this stuff to be incredible. It has been years since I've been able to sleep soundly. My own experience is that I have tried many other brands and types and nothing works like this. A 6 foot 7 inch tall and 300 pound man, I have a cute face and a beautiful smile. It is just a matter of taking one of these and I am able to relax and sleep. My usual taking time before I go to bed is about an hour and a half. In the beginning, I did not think it would work, but after about a half hour it started creeping up on you and you wound up having to go straight to bed. This product works so well that it almost feels like you were taking a prescription. Having ADHD also makes my mind go faster than it normally would. I can relax my mind when I take this at night.
