We advise you to stop looking for sugar substitutes and to give up sweets all together. There is no better way to go about it. Cinnamon provides a touch of natural sweetness to coffee, which is balancing to the blood sugar level.
My understanding of what is happening is unclear. As this item is so small in price or size, they don't want to ship it unless I buy something else to go along with it, so instead of mailing it, it just sits in my cart waiting for me to order another one or two or something like that. This is the first bottle I've ever bought. You don't know the serving size so you are guessing about how much to use and you can't figure out how much to use. It has a very nice flavor and is a little bit on the sweet side, which I like. Now that I know the formula, I will use what I learned to make my water. I love that my daughter enjoys this so much.
