The bottles have been taken and I no longer have them. A few weeks ago, I bought 1000 mg Puritan's Pride and they expire in 3 years.

They stated on the bottle label that they were odor free, which led me to buy them. am not sure what odor that claim is referring to, but it is most definitely not garlic. This is what you will receive when you open the bottle, so stand back when you open it because of the garlic smell. I definitely did not receive what I was expecting. The only problem is I am unable to The quality assurance on this stuff is out of this world. I have used Nature's Bounty before and like their products, but quality is pretty awful on this stuff.

It doesn't smell or taste the same as it did a few years ago. am not sure if it is a bad batch or whether the formula is different. All the bottles I recently purchased sense a strange chemical odor when I opened them. Do not use the odor of garlic you were familiar with before instead, use that which is in.
