I have started taking this, and it will be helpful in the cold weather and when it comes to safety protocols. There are the same ingredients that I was taking from other brands before I ran out The elderberry, zinc, Vitamin C, garlic, echinacea all help with immunity. Since it is still too early to tell how I am doing, I can't really comment on what type of difference I feel with vitamins or supplements. Although the ingredients are nice and the seller ships it right away, I still like this product. There is no supplement on the market that contains all these ingredients.
