My intent was to buy this product to alleviate my anxiety and to let me relax more. I do not experience that at all with it. In the end, it makes me feel so tired and drowsy that I feel as if I'm unable to do anything but lay in bed until the effects wear This kind of thing bothers me. Those of you that need it to sleep will find that these will work. As for the taste, they are very good.

In a previous review, others said it helped them relax and fall asleep. I bought this gummy because I had good experiences with hemp gummies before. The only reviews I've seen say that this product contains *Melatonin*, which I can not use due to the effect it has on my Aside from not listing Melatonin in the ingredients on Amazon, more importantly - the price of the item is also not listed. However, it was in tiny print on the side of the jar that I noticed when I received it. This is a very misleading statement. Additionally, I received an expired product - this was equally frustrating The following fiscal year is December 2020 to December 2021. So even if I could take these, there is no telling what effect they would have if they were still potent enough. As a result, I would like a full refund and am super, super annoyed since I now need to drop off a package at the post office in the middle of a snowstorm. Hey, at least the package arrived quickly, so one star is all I can give!.

I also bought this product to help me sleep at night. It was necessary for me to take the maximum dose to get any benefit from these, but I'm sleeping better since I've been taking them. As hemp and CBD take a little longer to kick in, taking them an hour or two before bed would be a good idea if you are used to them. To those who are new to the medication, I recommend starting with the lowest recommended dose a half hour before bed and working I can attest to the fact that the taste is very good, and it is definitely worth the price.

My doctor prescribed these to me to help me relax (I suffer from anxiety) and sleep better. Taking some also one night before picking up pickleball and playing. As a result of my MS, I get a lot of pain in my legs, and that night, I didn't experience any of that.
