The flavor of these was really good. Take only 2 per day, they do not taste or smell like fish, and you do not have to wait for them to work. There is only one complaint I have about them, which is that gelatin is in them. Omega-3s wouldn't be an issue for you if you don't have any health concerns in that area It's a vitamin party!.

It has a decent flavor, and you can tell the orange from the watermelon with ease. Gummies may have been on the shelf for awhile, but I was not a fan of how hard they were. I thought these were extra chewy because they are called gummies for a reason.

As I tasted these, I initially found the flavor to be so-so. As soon as my palate gets used to the taste, I don't mind them so much. Omega 3 is beneficial to your health, but I don't care for pills so the gummies were perfect for me.
