I used the cheapest vitamin E I could find
3/5

It says they added D- on the label of the ingredients. The least expensive form of vitamin E is alpha tocopherol. However, the amount on the label was not specified! br>br>I've been following the ketogenic diet, which helps you lose weight quickly. This reduces the amount of fat-soluble vitamins that can be stored. As a result, fat-soluble vitamins can be found in a variety of locations throughout your body. br>br>I went to the ER with stomach pains; they couldn't figure out what was wrong with me and gave me lidocaine (liquid cocaine) to numb my stomach before sending me home. The Utah ER focuses on treating you rather than trying to figure out what's wrong with you. They even handed me a pamphlet claiming that it was possible that it was h. instead of performing a simple test to see if it was H. pylori. br>br>I went out to try to figure out how to get rid of h. pylori, so I went to Amazon and bought a bunch of stuff to get rid of it. After that, I went to see my primary care physician, who informed me that I had h. The presence of pylori was unusual. He checked my blood for several common factors, including vitamin D, and it was negative, so I demanded that he test me for it, which he did. In a letter to me, he stated that my vitamin D levels were too high. Then it hit me: this is what I've been missing all along. In my system, I had an excess of fat-soluble vitamins. All of my symptoms, including exhaustion, a bloody nose, and body aches, were caused by vitamin A toxicity. I stopped taking the vitamin D and A, but I still had toxicity issues. I used to get nose bleeds after eating lettuce. I had to educate myself as well as become extremely selective. I had been taking a vitamin A and vitamin E supplement for about a year, but I had stopped taking the vitamin E. I looked at the label on the salad packs and saw that lettuce had a good amount of vitamin A and vitamin K. Both of these vitamins are fat soluble. br>br>I discovered that the only way to get rid of fat-soluble vitamins was for your body to dump them back into your intestines, where they would be absorbed by fiber. The fat-soluble vitamins would otherwise be recycled back into your system by your body. I had to find a "no added sugar" fiber supplement (sugar-free Metamucil) because I wasn't eating any fiber on the keto diet. Taking it every night or morning, away from my fatty coffee, seemed to help me finally get better. Due to a lack of non-essential ingredients, I went three months without seeing any progress. To dispose of the excess A and E in my system, I have soluble fiber in my system. My body was simply recycling vitamins A and E over and over. br>br>I continued to take the Omega 3 supplement with my fatty coffee (butter and coconut oil) on a daily basis. I realized I hadn't taken any vitamin E in over a year, so I took a specific vitamin E supplement the next morning and had a nose bleed the next night. The next day, I took it again, and my bones began to ache once more. On the fifth day, I took it a third time, which caused more pains, and I realized I had too much vitamin E, but I couldn't figure out why three doses would cause me such problems, so I decided to check my omega 3 fatty acid supplement, which had vitamin E on its label instead of vitamin A? Now. I was aware that many fish oil supplements contain vitamin A that is not listed on the label, but I had no idea it would also contain vitamin E! Now is the time. br>br> My issue with this product is that it does not specify the amount of vitamin E that was added. And they are required by law to declare the amount of vitamin A in the product. br>br>I've seen some health and fitness professionals recommend taking as much as 7 grams of fish oil per day! Imagine if I'd done the same thing with this supplement and it had resulted in severe toxicity over months or years! Some supplements, such as Uridine and Sulbutiamine, have been shown to be more beneficial when combined with omega-3 fatty acids. The only reason I was taking this omega-3 supplement was because it contained 3 DHA. a third supplement I had avoided regular fish oil supplements because I didn't want to overdose on vitamin A, so I wanted something more refined, which this product appeared to be (but wasn't). I had no idea that this company added extra fat-soluble vitamins to their products without specifying the amount on the label. br>br>I was trying to figure out where I was getting too many fat-soluble vitamins, and I decided to play it safe and stop taking anything that seemed suspect. I didn't think this product would be an issue, but it turned out to be a contributing factor. And I took it for about four months while trying to get rid of the excess fat-soluble vitamins. Later on, I realized that taking this omega 3 supplement had been a mistake, and I stopped taking it. br>br>I literally used Metamucil to detox from the toxicity of vitamins A and E, but it wasn't enough. I also noticed that eating carbs and sugary foods temporarily relieved the toxicity pains, because carbs and sugar cause insulin spikes, which cause the liver to create fat from the glucose and store it as human body fat. This temporary relief from fat soluble vitamin toxicity was achieved by creating body fat from glucose, which provided a safe haven for the excess fat soluble vitamins. Vitamin D and vitamin K2 were also included in my regimen. To counteract the negative effects of vitamin A and E toxicity, M4 and calcium citrate are used. Vitamin A toxicity causes calcium loss in the bones, and I was experiencing severe bone pains and passing a kidney stone as a result of calcium loss. Because of the vitamin D, the calcium in the kidney stone was yanked back into my body. I passed a strange hair-like structure through my urethra that took about a week to pass. It was unpleasant because, near the end, it became stuck sideways. By this time, the stomach pains had subsided. However, when I tried to sleep, my forearms hurt, and my back bones hurt so much that I couldn't sit for long periods of time during the day. I'm not sure if this has progressed to bone swelling. At this point, I believe the extra A and E were hiding in my fatty bone marrow. But the vitamin D seemed to triumph and push the A and E back into hiding, relieving the painful symptoms and bringing calcium into my body from my gastrointestinal tract, as well as vitamin K2. M4 redirected calcium to where it belonged, such as my bones. It will take a long time to gradually eliminate the aches and pains caused by vitamin A and E. br>br>Now, as a side note, the corporation responds to me by stating that they only added a small amount. How do I know how much to supplement if the amount isn't specified on the label? In addition, I would prefer to take D-. When they purposefully cram the lowest common grade tocopherol (Alpha) into a supplement, even if it's made from soy, it makes it impossible for me to choose which tocopherol I want in my diet!.

The EPA/DHA content of the 90ct bottle is incorrect
3/5

This is a review of the item in its current state, not of its effectiveness. br>br>The contents of the bottle for the 90ct bottle do not match what is shown in the picture. As of May 2018, the bottle you receive contains 205 mg of EPA, 480 mg of DHA, and 140 mg of other omega 3s. Because that's what you get, look at the image for the 180ct. (It's also the same product as "Nordic Naturals - Nordic Naturals - Nordic Naturals - Nordic Naturals - Nordic Naturals - Nordic Naturals - DHA, Brain and Nervous System Support" is listed separately on Amazon. )br>br>I'm not sure if it used to be different, because many of the pre-release reviews are still available. In 2015, an EPA content of 90mg was mentioned, as well as a 5:1 ratio. DHA/EPA ratio is one. This, however, is no longer the case. The ratio of DHA to EPA is now 2:1. br>br>(If the description and photos are updated, I'll change/delete the review. ).

Outstanding craftsmanship! This is a supplement that I adore! After my second child was born, I began taking this medication because I was having a lot of trouble thinking
5/5

I believe that my DHA stores were severely depleted as a result of my pregnancy and breastfeeding. I couldn't even finish a sentence without losing track of what I was saying! This was incredibly frustrating and embarrassing for someone who is normally very mentally sharp. It was so bad that I was afraid I had Alzheimer's disease or something similar. I saw a 100% improvement after a few weeks of taking this! I regained my wits! Lol. I was able to win arguments with my husband once more (lol, but seriously! ). ), and my short-term memory has vastly improved! I'm currently breastfeeding my fourth child and have done so for the past two pregnancies, and I'm happy to report that my mental faculties have not deteriorated. Also, both of my babies who I carried through their pregnancies were mentally advanced and extra smart; my three-year-old was saying clear words at six months and talking in sentences at a year! My four-month-old has already said "hello. " I credit this stuff to the fact that I talked to them all the time when they were newborns. (Of course, it has to go through the placenta and then breastmilk before being given to them, lol).

Make sure you don't run out of things to do! One month, I made the error of failing to reorder quickly enough
5/5

My husband and I noticed a significant shift in my attitude! Until this happened, I had no idea they were mood supporters. But that is not something I will allow to happen again!.

I'm pregnant and haven't had any mood swings yet! I've been taking this supplement since the beginning of my pregnancy, and I'm almost eight months along
5/5

While I don't yet know how it has influenced the development of my baby's brain and eyes, I do know that I have had very few mood swings throughout my pregnancy. I'm sure a variety of factors, such as hormones, influence emotional well-being, but I can confidently say that this supplement has helped me feel better. The gel capsules are small and easy to swallow, and the strawberry flavor is light. I also appreciate the absence of artificial flavors and colors. Because I get enough vitamin D from my prenatal (Vitamin Code, Garden of Eden), I chose this one that doesn't contain it. This is a fish oil that I strongly suggest!.

If there's anything fishy about it, contact Amazon
5/5

**Update: The fishy bottle has been replaced by a new one from Amazon. The new one (from the same lot number) is fantastic, and it's back to the high quality I've been enjoying for the past few years! Instead of fishy burps, we're going back to strawberry burps. *
I've been taking these for two years, through pregnancies and nursing, and I love how they don't taste or smell like fish. and only burps that taste like strawberries However, the pills in this most recent bottle smelled fishy, and my burps smelled fishy as well. So, what went wrong? I didn't notice any clumping like some others have reported with broken capsules, but I'm not sure I can take any more of these pills. It's a vile situation. On Monday night, I had great pills from my old bottle, and on Tuesday night, I had fishy pills from the new bottle. Such a letdown. I'm going to try to get a refund and hope it's just the one bottle that's the problem.
