It is true that taking fish oil helps reduce inflammation, but canola, an industrial seed oil, does the opposite. From a brand like Nordic Naturals, I expected better. Apart from that, the flavor and texture of the supplement are excellent, and the amount of DHA/EPA provided is acceptable.
