I have not been able to reduce my cholesterol with diet or exercise. Since my cholesterol was 262 at the beginning of May, my doctor wanted to put me on a Statin. Unless it is absolutely necessary, I will not take prescription medication. Having some time to research and try a natural supplement was something I requested from my doctor. As I was reading reviews about 1MD CholestMD, I decided to give it a try for three For three months, I took three pills a day (recommended daily dosage). I then had blood tests done to confirm my treatment. There was a significant drop in my cholesterol from 262 to 199 (within normal range), a significant increase in triglycerides to 118, HDL to 69, VLDL to 13, and a noticeable decrease in LDL I did not need to be on a statin, according to my doctor. My personal opinion is that this supplement is worth the money and is far better for your health than a synthetic prescription drug that is made. Make sure to give it a shot!.

He experienced an increase in blood sugar because of his statin medication. With CholestMD, we do not have to worry about that.

This didn't work for me

A blood test showed that they helped lower my cholesterol number, so I started taking them. The situation had deteriorated but they had been improving. I just had my blood test and it was 40 points higher than normal. I told the doctor that I had been taking this medication, so she asked what I had done differently. This behavior was not helping me, so she told me to stop.

The price is a bit high at three pills every day. All in all, it has been a good day. As far as I can tell, there are no side effects. There is no way for me to know if they are helping until I make a return appointment with my doctor. As soon as I have news, I'll let you know.

looked online for products that would provide me with natural energy, and this product did exactly that. So far, one a day is working for me. A blood test will be performed in about 6 months, and then I will see how I am doing. But I believe I am in the clear with diet and exercise.
