When it comes to protein powders, I am extremely picky. br>I'm looking for one that blends easily without the use of a blender, has no clumps, lumps, or globs, tastes great, is low in calories, has at least 20 grams of protein, and has few to no carbs. br>The chocolate-flavored TRUVANI Plant Based Protein Powder not only met, but far exceeded, all of my expectations for a good protein powder. br>Over the last 50 years, I've experimented with a variety of protein powder brands and types. The majority of them are filthy and are either returned or thrown away. br>Some of them I use until they're gone, but only because they're good, not great. But not in a bad way. Unless I use a blender, they're usually clumpy and difficult to blend. br>I'll be honest, I'm either not motivated enough or don't have enough time to drag out my big ol' Vitamix and clean and store it every day. In order to blend protein powders, I use a blender bottle. The blender ball gets stuck in the dishwasher rack, so I only use it on rare occasions. I know I could wash it by hand, but I'm not in the mood right now. I don't mind if you call me a slacker. br>This is the first protein powder I've tried that blends completely smooth without the use of a blender or a blender ball. br>At 130 calories per serving, it's a low-calorie option. br>There isn't any sugar in this. With only 3 net carbs per serving, it's a low-carb option. There isn't any strange texture. br> br>There is no unpleasant aftertaste, and it does not leave a strange sensation on my teeth. It does not leave any gunk on the inside of the bottle that must be scrubbed away. br>And, best of all, the flavor is by far the best I've ever experienced. br>As I sip this, I consider all of these factors, as well as the fact that it's plant-based, and I realize I've discovered my new favorite protein powder. br>It made me feel full and didn't give me a stomach ache like most protein powders do. br>I'm hoping the vanilla and banana cinnamon flavors are just as good. br>br>TRUVANI Plant Based Protein Powder is something I highly recommend.
a protein that is based on There isn't a single other protein powder that compares. My 16- year- It was discovered on the internet by my 12-year-old son, and when I made it, containing coconut milk, wild blueberries, paleo greens, brazil nuts, dehydrated broccoli sprouts, spirulina, chlorella, and a few other superfoods It tasted like chocolate pudding because it was so delicious, rich, and satisfying. It also ensures that elimination is smooth and regular. It's really fantastic. Try it! It'll be a huge help to you! I promise you won't find anything better!.
We use this plant protein powder because of the ingredients and the taste; it's naturally sweetened with monk fruit, which doesn't cause a glycemic spike, and the chocolate is used in smoothies. Smoothies and oatmeal benefit from the vanilla flavor. The oatmeal is prepared on the stovetop as well as in an Instapot. It's not necessary to add honey or brown sugar to the oatmeal because it's already sweet enough. This is a good thing. Artificial sweeteners and stevia are both allergens for us. This product is flawless!br>br>The powder dissolves easily in both cold and hot liquids. For smoothies and oatmeal, we use a pea protein plant-based milk. The powdered sugar The liquids work well together. We haven't tried the powder in baked goods yet, but we plan to do so in the future. The combination of the three flavors is incredible. We can justify the cost based on the ingredients, the lack of allergies, and the amount of protein it provides.
The advertisements for this piqued my interest, so I purchased a sample. My first taste was a little disappointing; it wasn't chocolatey enough and had a thin texture, even when blended in my vitamix with the recommended amount of water. In addition, it was far too sweet! I'm not sure why companies want to put sweeteners in their products; I'd rather make my own. Take 2: I mix the powder with water, but this time I add 1 tablespoon of heavy whipping cream to help make it fluffy (I realize this isn't technically a plant-based shake, but it's a trick I've learned helps thicken the shake). In addition, I included 1- I used my vitamix to blend 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa. It turned out to be extremely rich and thick. The texture was excellent, and it was silky to the touch. It tasted quite good. except that it's still way too sweet and has a strange aftertaste. br>br>Pros: br>Cons: blends well and isn't grittybr> very sweet, funky aftertaste, flavors aren't particularly rich, and it's quite expensive.
I was given a free vanilla sample to try in exchange for a free bag. I turned down the free bag. It had a bad vanilla flavor, and I tried blending it with water in my blender bottle, but it didn't work. So I gave it another shot with my Vitamix. I assumed it was because the flavor didn't blend well that I didn't like it. Although the Vitamix did a fantastic job of blending it, it still has an off flavor. I didn't know what it was because I couldn't pinpoint it. The only thing that comes to mind is that the monk fruit is obliterating the vanilla flavor. I'm not sure why, but I'm not a big fan of flavor, and this didn't meet my expectations. Because of the ingredients, I had high hopes for it. I'm considering trying a different flavor to see if I prefer it. br>A note on the Lead, which is causing so much consternation - The soil contains lead. Because of the soil in which the ingredients are grown, they are required to disclose the presence of lead. They don't use lead in their products because that would be crazy.
In general, I have a hard time getting breakfast in. I felt great today. I was excited and hopeful when I read about this product because I am allergic to all artificial sweeteners and even struggle with stevia. I made a shake with one scoop of the chocolate flavor, which is delicious, and 1 cup of low-fat milk. 1 frozen banana and a few ice cubes in a glass of full-fat milk It was a little thick after blending, so I added some organic coconut water, and it was fantastic! There is no bitter aftertaste, and there is no intestinal discomfort!.
