Hello there,br>br>Yes, xanthum gum is present in this product. When combined with water, xanthan gum improves the user experience (texture) by naturally suspending and holding the particles together. Each serving of fermented vegan proteins contains 85 mg of xanthan gum, which is just enough to give it a creamy, smooth texture. Glucose syrup is used to make the xanthan gum.
This product is recommended by both my wife's primary care physician and her naturopath, and it is unique. My wife has been using this product for nearly two years. As a result, we've purchased 24 shipping containers. My wife was diagnosed with leaky gut syndrome and was deficient in protein. Her body was surviving solely on the strength of her buttocks and thighs. If you have any questions, go to the company's website and ask them; they will most likely respond. Please keep in mind that this product was made in Canada, which does not allow as many chemicals to be used in the production and processing of food as the United States does.

My stomach was KILLED - I have SIBO and a dairy intolerance, so I'm prone to stomach problems, but this is by far the worst I've ever felt in ANY protein, whether it's plant, egg, soy, or whey.
It's difficult enough for me to find plant-based protein powders that don't taste bad and can be blended into shakes without altering the flavors of the other ingredients. This isn't one of them, unfortunately. Despite the fact that this is a sprouted blend, I was surprised to find that every time I drank it, I became extremely bloated and retained water. Because I don't like wasting things, I'm doing this right before bedtime so I don't feel as sluggish and bloated while I'm awake. br>br>Overall, this does not sit well with me. Someone else's needs may be met by this product, especially those who have rated and recommended it.
Protein Powder can be found here. For the past 30 years, I've been a vegetarian, and for the past nine years, I've been a vegan. As you can imagine, I've tried a variety of protein powders, but Genuine Health's fermented protein powder is by far the best in terms of protein content, fermentation benefits, and mixability! When I don't have time to juice, I mix a scoop of vanilla into my green powders for a quick green drink. It's also in my soaked-in-oil salad dressing. Smoothies made with nut mylk! Thank you, Genuine Health, for producing such a high-quality, ethical product; I especially appreciate that it is organic.
It's a little early to tell if it's making a difference, but I can comment on the taste and texture. I purchased unflavored so that I could flavor it myself. I despise stevia, which is used as a sweetener in most powders - It's just a little too sweet for my taste. I use a combination of peanut butter powder, vanilla powder, and dark chocolate powder, and it works quite well. I've also used peanut butter powder, blueberries, strawberries, and a pinch of cinnamon. Just don't expect it to be as sweet as sugar-free or stevia-free versions. I'm sure you can find some low-calorie options to add as long as you don't have unrealistic expectations; shakes appear to be the best option outside of baking.
I've been using the chocolate for a long time. I eat two times a day because I am a vegan who requires protein. I just add water and it's perfect; I even bought single-serve packets, which are great for traveling. It has no effect on gas production.
She warned me that it was a little chalky, which is true, but it doesn't bother me in the least. I've tried it in chocolate milk and a fruit smoothie, both of which were delicious. It even appeals to my finicky husband! There was no tummy trouble at all. It was well worth the money.
I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but I like to vary my diet in order to get a wider variety of micronutrients. I was disgusted by the taste of vegan protein powders when I first tried them. Then I came across this product, and fortunately, I didn't completely dismiss vegan protein powders at that time. Wow, that's a fantastic mix! It doesn't taste or smell like rancid oil like some brown rice protein powders do.
