I do not normally write reviews, but I think this was justified, to be honest. My current workout routine is strength training, which involves searching for a protein powder that meets all my requirements. When I consume most protein powders, they often upset me due to dairy, artificial sweeteners, etc. Yet, I recently tried this product and love the taste. My first reaction to the shakes is that I'm expecting it. This also makes digestion easy on my system. Last but not least, this protein powder is significantly less expensive per pound than some of the powders I recently bought. My one complaint about the bag, which is only a small one, is that I did not have access to the zip lock while it was being used, due to the torn mechanism.

It took too long for me on Amazon to find the protein powder I was looking for-inadequate amount of added junk. The third bag for my bags is on my third trip. If you make me a peanut butter and banana smoothie, I like blending it with almond milk and frozen strawberries. J shake! has tasted like some kind of cake batter, without any added sweetener, to be honest!! My new favorite protein powder! I'm done looking for it.

Among my top reasons to buy the item is its location in North America and its importance not to me abroad. My recipe contains 1 scoop, 1 tablespoons of almond milk, and 1 tablespoons each of almond butter and sugar. The hulls of one pint of flax seed. Chi seeds, 1 part per 1 gram. The tea powder made from matcha, and the blueberries from the trail mix. Healthy, energizing and delicious breakfast drink.

Price of protein a bit high, so much. It is amazing how healthy this protein can be. Over the course of several months, I researched price at many points. Amount. What are the ingredients. Etc. A great mix of features makes Smart 138 useful. A pleasing vanilla flavor is a pleasant smell and taste. muscle building and supplementation with this food item. Reorder every time I get a receipt. Considering my perspective on the trip, a genuine review can be made. Protein of the best quality, I believe. After trying a great deal of isolate of different products from other companies, I can report that I have begun to develop bloating from ingesting them. Having a hypothyroid, GDDM, and Pcos, I experience an array of digestive disorders all the time. I have a difficult time sleeping when I'm sick. I also experience bloat after eating after taking drugs or working out. Therefore I find this protein non-weighting, and feeling easy to digest. Now that I am a vegetarian, I am able to obtain a complete health and nutrition. protein that is of unsurpassed quality. I enjoy the chocolate taste I just bought. I used 1 Scoop of this blended in with almond butter and cold milk. Plus, it should also be used as a replacement for food. My day has been good so far.

This protein powder is one I love. In my opinion, there is no other protein powder that contains less junk than this. (Dairy, bad sugars, soy, etc. aren't found. ) in it. I like that there are only three because I enjoy their simplicity. In this meal, four ingredients are used. Although I wish "natural flavors" had been listed. I have found the only protein powder that tastes good with minimal ingredients in this price range. I haven't been drinking it just by soaking it with water, but today, I did whole milk and it was really thick and I had to water it down again! My body was really full after drinking all this milk. xo keep making this forever!

Ps. Adding chocolate instead of vanilla made my mouth water. Chocolate will come in the form of the chocolate one that my five-year-old daughter does. As long as I'm buying this, I'll stick with it being vanilla.

Other reviews suggest that the bag does not rezip; however. Even though it claims to run with no problem, I believe the power gets in the way of the zipper track because it isn't as smooth as they think. In this case, you will have to recycle the contents into another container or bag. Pea proteins are very strong when given over the course of a day to Weight Watchers Vanilla protein powder. Although I had purchased the vanilla flavor, I could not tell whether it contained vanilla in it so, I didn't understand how strong the unsweetened one could be. There's no need for me to cook with it now but I'll probably put it into my oatmeal as I was just drinking it as an aftertaste with my WW protein powder powder.

My first shake was absolutely LOVE, since I had 138 pea protein in it. As far as I can tell, smart 138 has the highest nutritional value of any pea protein I have tried thus far. has a velvety smooth feel and blends well with many different liquids. As you may expect, this product comes in a sealed bottle. To be honest, my order is Unflavored, but I ordered it that way since I mix mine with numerous flavors to create a personal experience. Example: The ingredients include bananas, strawberries, blueberries, protein powder milk, powder banana cream, butter almond milk. The taste is amazing. I add it to oatmeal in the morning. You will stay full for a good part of the day, a great asset in helping you reach your diet goals. Put it this way, bottom line. protein which will result in a 7 lb weight loss after a month of choosing it with a smart 138 protein shake.
