Although I followed the instructions on the bottle, I continued taking it due to trust in the brand. Don’t you know it, my body started malfunctioning, I’ve been getting sick with everything back to normal. An unusual thing for me is that I'm getting back. The impact of my illness has been severe on my workouts even when I am healthy. It took about a week for me to feel less weighed down after stopping taking it. This is pretty sure to be a poison tub sent to me. There is another brand in my possession that smells completely different from mine. A great deal of concern and disappointment.
No taste is added to water or other beverages after mixing with the powder. Both my husband and kids enjoy it, and we all notice a difference since we started eating it. This is a great.

Depending on what you mix it in, it can alter the taste, In any case, it has been a terrific experience! reduced recovery time from heavy workouts by a good 24 hours, as well as not being sore or stiff. This supplement helped my stomach digest the increased quantity of veggies, beans, and proteins without causing any.
