Not a fan of the bag, this time I had to put the contents into a huge zip-lock bag As the plastic bag it was packed in had its closing zipper come apart, it was suggested that the bag be locked. There has been no shortage of instances like this. The packaging does not appeal to me, but the product appears pure and to be of.

There's almost no way to measure the potency of supplements, since they are often purchased without knowledge of their contents. As effective as most other creatines, this one is no different. As far as I know, it mixes really well (I use about 5g at a time and have used water and almond milk so far), and it is practically tasteless when combined with a BCAA or a True Nutrition protein that has the lightest amount of flavoring.

The unflavored version is really There's no flavor to it! One of the few unflavored creatines that I've used! The flavor is great, and it mixes well with just about any drink
