Questions & Answers

I was wondering what products you recommended to use before, during (if any), and after a workout In my quest to gain muscle mass, I am trying to gain weight. Could you please let me know how much you appreciate ?

Getting muscle mass the simple way is the best way to do it. The best sleep you can get is 10 hours. You don't have to do it all the way through, you can do it in 7 hours with only one person Taking 3 hours of rest and eating at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight is recommended. If you want best results, follow steps 1 and 2. For cutting, 1 g per pound of body weight is sufficient, or 2 grams per pound of body weight. Bulking requires 6 grams of protein per pound of body weight. You don't need much more than that. In fact, if you fancy great pumps in the gym, steer clear of complex carbohydrates and proteins. Go for a simple carb such as chicken and rice, pasta, steak, etc. A simple carb is a carb that is easily digestible, such as oatcakes, oatmeal, and gummy bears. The carbs your body needs to last a long time during a workout are carbs. To reduce calorie intake, pick a lower calorie simple carb from the above list. Prevent fatigue with simple carbs before, during, and after the workout. In my opinion, eating oatmeal before, gummy bears during, and an oatcake with a protein after is the best approach. You don't just get pumps from blood rushing to your muscles, but also from lots of water before your workout. It is my pleasure to help.

Would you have any idea where this creatine came from? The most common form of creatine these days is synthetic, which is why I am looking for a vegetarian source. ?

Creapure is a synthetic creatine that is used in Optimum Nutrition's creatine monohydrate. The chemical synthesis of creatine became more efficient in the 1990s and now accounts for most industrial uses of creatine. The manufacturing process should be scaled up. A new synthetic method was developed by AlzChem for the production of creatine with the highest degree of purity and quality. The Creapure® brand name is used to market this creatine. During the synthesis of Creapure® (ultrapure creatine monohydrate), only non-fat sources of creatine are used A zoo animal Because the raw materials for Creapure® come from chemical reactions, the product is guaranteed not to contain any substances that may cause You can eat it if you are vegetarian.

Are there any differences between 240 servings and 400 servings? Comparable prices are offered by both of them. ?

The same thing is on my mind as well. Is this possible? If the 400 serving size is significantly smaller than the 240 serving size, how is that possible?

It's a good thing I have a doctor! As I was bringing this bottle along to my annual physical, I mentioned to my doctor (who is also a fitness enthusiast) that I had started taking this stuff for working out
3/5

He told me immediately to throw it out. Synthetic creatine may damage your kidneys, according to him. It is natural for the body to produce creatine so it is not necessary to consume it further. Be sure to talk to your physician (or two) before taking this kind of medication.

Dissolving quickly - how to do it
5/5

Adding creatine to your diet even if you are not a bodybuilder is a great idea. A quick note on creatine a half-a-gram of creatine has one gram There are 6 lives in 6 The body is in contact with the molecule for 8 weeks. If it is not dissolved, some users may experience digestive issues. A quick and easy way to resolve this problem is to put about 4 oz of hot water into a cup or blender bottle and then add the creatine. Stir for a couple minutes and the creatine should be dissolved completely. It is best to add cold water (I add Spring Water and a couple of Once that is done, I shake my blender container and add my Whey Protein Powder. It may be inconvenient to add hot water, but it is worthwhile to do so. As you might imagine, it is the precincts The digestive process".

The formula has been changed or it is a false one? It does not matter which way you look at it
3/5

The ON creatine I have been using for years has been of great benefit to me. I noticed that the consistency of the product in my most recent container was different from what it normally is. This happens often with powdered supplements, so it wasn't too great of a deal to me. Nevertheless, I noticed that my muscles felt flatter after about 3 weeks and I experienced less pump when I exercised. I don't have any changes in my exercise habits or sleeping habits either. I'm also very consistent in my diet. I compared the label with another container that I had used previously. A new label has been added that states PACKAGED in the USA. The previous statement stated that the product was made in the United States. In addition to indicating Creapure creatine, the previous label was also clearly labeled that way, but the new label does not mention that anywhere on it. The future looks like I will go somewhere else to get creatine. A brief update Based on our search, ON has confirmed that they no longer use Creapure in their creatine. I'm pretty sure this is a new formula for the company and That puts it right up there with all the other marginal creatine on the market, manufactured wherever it can be manufactured for the least cost.

There is no way I can bear the taste
3/5

I have a chocolate protein shake with peanut butter, oatmeal, milk, and ice all the time. Creatine was added to it and it was too much for my body. I found that this drink seemed to taste a bit chalky at first, but after a few more seconds, it tasted awful, very chemical. This is hard to describe, even my spouse almost spit it out when I gave it to him. There are tons of reviews about this thing and it's mostly said that it has no taste, while a few have complained that it's terrible. What are your thoughts about the batch I got? It might be that some people react differently to foods than I do to them, but oddly my spouse would say the same thing. Trying to decide if I should return and reorder this product or try another brand? The item appears to be in good condition when compared to the It is the first time I have taken.

The bottle is bad, but the product is great
4/5

It's no wonder that the effects of creatine are well known by now since it is one of the most studied and effective ergogenic supplements Kreapure creatine is the highly rated form of creatine in this product. It's only been docked a star for the lack of a scooper, and for the difficult to use The cap is too narrow so you have to pour the product to the top of the container as you use more as the cap makes it impossible to get a scoop out.

I have tried it, and it does work! I would definitely recommend it

This is more true of It would be a good idea to do the loading stage for like the first week and to The difference I noticed within a week prompted me to only do pushups on a daily basis. Now that I've been working out for more than a year, my muscles are harder and I can do more effortlessly than before. There is no way you can go wrong with this item unless your body does not respond well.

A classic product that is both great for the price and for the suit
5/5

There is no question that this supplement is the best. There have been decades of peer-reviewed studies An academic study has been reviewed on this subject. The only other supplement that comes close to being an equally safe or effective supplement is creatine. Creatine is natural, and it is good for you. The truth is, not everyone makes use of it, but they.

I wish you all the best! It is true that this does not mix well (i

e. It doesn't completely dissolve), however, because it's flavorless, I haven't noticed a problem. put 5 grams (1 teaspoon) in a cup, half fill it with water, and then stir it thoroughly Pour a bit of water in a glass, swirl it around, and gulp it down. During the loading phase, I added a phase that was unnecessary. It is sufficient to consume 5 g per day every day.

Performance - Overall, I have noticed a distinct improvement in energy levels at the end of my sets, though, as others have said, it's hard to attribute solely to creatine.

Good.
