The inside of the plastic bottle has product caked on it as well. This was never an issue with previous orders. I've been taking NOW supplements since 2004 or 2005, and I'm sad to say that I'll be stopping soon. I am no longer confident in the quality.

This brand was said to be better for mass building (despite the fact that it's a pure chemical, so mass building should be similar across brands). This is my first purchase of creatine. br>br>I must say that I've noticed the effects of creatine consumption during the loading phase (muscles retain a pump for longer periods after workouts, I've had significant gains in power and strength over a couple weeks of use, and the standard 4 pound weight gain from water absorption despite not increasing my calorie intake). However, despite what I've heard, I'm not convinced this is the highest-quality creatine available; creatine is supposed to be completely water soluble, but this product doesn't fully dissolve in even a liter of water. It also has a faint fishy odor and a very slight bitter taste, which, according to what I've read, should not be present in high-quality creatine. Perhaps this is a low-quality batch, or perhaps the brand's quality has deteriorated. I'll look into other brands and won't be recommending this one right now.

They gave it an A because it only has 2mg of creatinine per 5g creatine, which is excellent. Heavy metals were passed, which was crucial for me. I take 5g with my morning tea (once it's cooled to a drinkable temperature) most days. It's simple to mix, but cold beverages may be more difficult. It has improved my endurance as well as my joints. I'd suggest it. The only bulk quantity tub I've ever finished and reordered was this one.

If you're interested in learning more about creatine, I recommend this brand. It is the most affordable, and I am aware that NOW foods is one of the most pure and high-quality supplement companies on the market. br>Because this stuff has no flavor, you can mix it with anything (though it won't mix very well) or just put a spoonful in your mouth and drink it down like I do! br>It's possible that you won't notice creatine working until you don't have it, at which point you'll notice a difference! br>For more information on creatine use, go to. br>At the end of the day, it's just a supplement; it won't make a difference in your life, and you can do without it. Stay consistent, grind every day, and eat right. Creatine will not turn you into a bodybuilder or a powerlifter, but it will help you achieve your goals.

Because Cytosport was out of stock, I had no choice but to order this. It'll do in a pinch, and it's a big company with a good reputation. However, the third part has not been verified, so who knows what's really inside. Too expensive for the lack of a quality assurance certification. I will not order from them again unless they are verified and the price is reduced. Unless you enjoy taking chances with what's in your supplements, it's best to buy verified products. I don't think so. Cytosport is a better option because it is both less expensive and more reliable. Win win!.

I'm not sure if this happened to anyone else, but this product gave me insomnia for two nights on each of the days I took it, so I stopped taking it and got back on track with my sleep schedule.

The contents of the book did not appear to be harmed. This product was purchased to help me stay hydrated while working in hot weather. It hasn't been long since I've used it, but it appears to be assisting me in achieving this goal.
