A pill might be better crushed rather than swallowed whole. When I had read reviews about seeing the pill in you, I was skeptical, but now I am convinced and the gas it causes is terrible the results may be fair because I could feel an increase in power, but I am second guessing about continuing to take them.

You guys are the best. Those things work as promised, do what I bought them for, and appear to do what is needed of them. Whether or not it is difficult to swallow really depends on a lot of factors. You can swallow pills well or not, depending on how well you are able to. There is almost a sweet taste to the taste. If I choose to cycle again or if I choose to buy from them again after my first cycle, I will do so.
