I would never do that! It is a great way to replenish what is lost when you eat You can find creatine in a pure white powder form, which fuels your muscles. If I were you, I would not only send it back, but also track how it got there. In my experience, BSN stands behind its product 100% and I have been using it for 10 years however, it’s the sub vendors who may carry their product and then resell it which causes problems. This actually mixes pretty well in water, but if that's all you put into it, it does have a slight taste to it. Mixing mine in with protein powder works for me.

After following a custom 5/3/1 lifting program for about two weeks, I noticed I could complete 3+ more AMRAP sets than I did previously, which was exactly what I was after.
