Depending on the manufacturer, each container will have its own unique date, but plan on waiting at least a year from the time you receive it.
No, creatine is found naturally in meats and is widely used and unregulated as a supplement.
A scooper has always been included with mine. If you don't want to look for it, then don't. 2 tbsp., then 2 tbsp., then 2 t is the scooper's size in inches. It's a small object that could be buried in the fine powder.

As with any supplement, you should only take it if you work out regularly. If you have a lot of rest days during the week because you don't have time to work out or whatever reason, creatine isn't going to help you much. To see results, you must be committed. Keep in mind that your heart is the only muscle in your body that is constantly working, at least while you are alive. This means it will have an impact on both the size and strength of your heart. After a few weeks of taking creatine, if you notice any pressure on the left side of your chest, reduce the recommended dosage, increase your workout frequency, or stop taking it altogether. You might not have enough room in your heart for expansion, and the pain is, well, you know what I'm talking about.
During and after my workout, I drink from a 5 gallon water bottle. There is no aftertaste, and it is by far the best I've come across.
I've been working out for a long time (since high school, over ten years ago), and I've always been around 200 pounds; however, no matter how hard I worked or what workout I tried, I never seemed to gain any muscle mass or lift heavier weights. I was in decent shape but not particularly large, and no amount of effort seemed to help. br>br>I'd never taken supplements before, and this was my first time trying creatine, so I bought this along with the bodytech whey tech protein powder. I gained 10 pounds in four weeks, but I'm still a little leaner than I was before. Every single one of my lifts has increased by at least 5 pounds, and some have increased by as much as 10 pounds. 15 lbs. It's unreal to gain 10 pounds of mostly muscle in four weeks after ten years of (almost) nothing. I'm not sure if it's the creatine or the protein, or if it's both, or if it's just a placebo and neither of them actually works. I, on the other hand, am unconcerned about this. I'm lifting more and gaining mass, and these two changes are the only ones I've made to my routine, and they seem to be working for me. br>br>This stuff appears to mix really well and dissolves in water almost instantly. A small amount may settle at the bottom of the cup, but a quick shake will dissolve it (or at the very least keep it suspended in fluid long enough to drink). However, instead of water, I would recommend using a fruit juice or milk. It's supposed to be tasteless, and it is for the most part, but it has a strange bitter aftertaste that lingers for a long time. I combine it with milk and protein powder, shake vigorously, and it tastes great.
I believe you get an extra pump, and unlike most supplements, the flavor is actually quite pleasant. The order was misplaced in transit, but the vendor was so nice and accommodating that they sent me two replacements. I would recommend it to anyone.
I ordered the fruit punch flavor; mine was not pink or red like other reviews, but it tasted great. It is extremely sweet, but I found that mixing it in water with a few tablespoons of lemon or lime juice helps dilute the sweetness, or I mix it into my daily protein smoothies, which adds sweetness without adding any extra sugar and makes my protein smoothies taste great. I've been using it for about three weeks and have noticed that my glutes and hamstrings have begun to grow. I do, however, exercise 5 to 6 times per week. Overall, I believe this is an excellent product for people who have been working out but are not seeing the desired results.
The unflavored version is my favorite because it produces precise results in a short amount of time, but it costs nearly $80. Fruit punch was a $15 bargain, so I took advantage of it. For that price, I don't mind the flavor, but FD does. Is it possible that I missed the fact that this product contains FD&C Red 40? C Red 40? It ought to be that way. It's done now.
It's a good product that's less expensive than the competition. I've only been using it for a week, but I'm already seeing slightly better results than I was getting when I wasn't using it. When it comes to working out, I'm a complete beginner, so even the tiniest improvements motivate me to keep going.
