The label on this picture says "take 4 capsules 1 to 2 times a day. ". In light of my recent typo, I cannot continue to take any capsules from this bottle. I am unsure if I can trust it after such an error. In my opinion, taking 16 capsules a day may be a bit much, if I did not Sadly, I was never given the chance to use this product. However, because of the typo, I can't be sure that such a brand didn't screw up its formulation as well.

I'm on my 9th bottle, and I decided I was not going to take it anymore (8 pills/day) as I have noticed breathing difficulties, constant thirst, and going to the bathroom 7 times in an hour and a half period. As far as my kidneys are concerned, they are somewhat damaged. Having to verify it with my doctor is still on my agenda. The four days after begin my gym routine made the difference in my ability to perform it adequately, though now my muscles sore in a way that they did not previously. Due to my failure to achieve the abs I desired, I replaced it with chocolate milk with 11g of protein.

On its label (see above), the bottle says to take 8 capsules twice a day, but a picture of the label on the Amazon listing says to take 4. In light of these discrepancies, can I trust the amount? Sadly, these will now end up in the trash. It is a bummer since I was eager to try after I saw Steve Zim's recommendation. It's hard to understand why the numbers are different.
After taking these for 6 weeks, I didn't find them helpful for feeling better, sleeping better, or getting stronger. I was recommended these by a gym where I do CrossFit, but I did not feel better, sleep better, or get.

Over the last three weeks I've tested it and my muscle size stayed the same, recovery was less than I expected, I felt fatigued, like I was dragging after my workouts, and I also felt less sore. But I thought BCAAs would do that? We'll keep it at that for now. Let's not even talk about the price. I am extremely dissatisfied with it.
