It's the best I've found so far! Having tried numerous NO (nitric oxide) supplements, this one is by far the best. I happened to break my leg badly and have been in a lot of pain since. You don't feel well and are taking oxycodone for pain relief. Additionally, you have high blood pressure, which can create very serious complications.
