With this razor, you get ten blades that are compatible with both ATRA and TWIN. In order to mount a razor on a TWIN blade, you need to use a slide, so an ATRA razor cannot be attached to one. In the spring of 2016, I stopped using my 15 year old ATRA razor because it was getting a lot of nicks, cuts, and finally, the locking pins would no longer lock into place. This has been a long, painful process. Every time I went to a store, I only found replacement blades, but no razor. My simple yet trusty gofer, Amazon, came to the rescue. In spite of the fact that I can still find a 10-pack of ATRA compatible blades at Family Dollar for $2, I thought it wouldn't be worth it to pay $25. This great product is well worth the price and anything more than a twin blade is a scam in my book. I have never had a closer, smoother shave in my life. It's almost like shaving in the morning again, it's almost pleasant. That's at least something I can be happy about! It's really hard for me to figure out WHY this razor produces such a close shave.
