It wouldn't open when I turned it left and right. When I realized how to do it, I was about to throw away the pump and just pour it. Place the bottle on a table with the top tightly screwed on and hold the bottle while putting a little weight on the pump and turning to open it. I'm not sure which direction worked, but I turned it in the direction indicated by the arrow on the pump.
Not based on what I saw on the label.
Peppermint and sandalwood were two of the scents that I received. I only got the wash and no conditioner.
The shampoo doesn't contain any of these ingredients. It's left clean and dry. The conditioner is also something I recommend.

At this price point, it's the best beard wash I've found, and it lasts as long as any other I've tried. Great size for the shower and, in my opinion, a good value per ounce.
I was using a much more expensive beard shampoo and conditioner until I saw the ingredients on this one, and it ended up smelling and feeling great. I have bad beard and head dandruff. I do occasionally use medicated shampoo, but this stuff eliminates the need. It's fantastic! It also hydrates the beard, leaving it soft and pleasant to the touch. Overall, it's a fantastic product. Both the head and the beard benefit from using this product.
This product worked wonders for my dandruff-prone beard. I was like Ally Sheedy in the Breakfast Club one day, making snow on my desk (if you know what I'm talking about), and the next day there was no itching or dandruff. I don't know about you lumberjacks, but this stuff works wonders on my beard. When applied, it has a pleasant scent and a pleasant tingling sensation, and a small amount goes a long way. I only use about a quarter of a pump and it lathers up nicely. I use it once a day in the shower and haven't had any itching or dandruff since I started using it about a week ago. When it comes to the value, a little goes a long way, so I go with 1. I use 99 percent Suave shampoo on my hair, so spending $18 on a bottle of anything is out of the question. But I'll buy it again as long as it works. It works for me, and I hope it will work for you as well if you give it a try.
Because of the price, I bought this for my husband; bears shampoo is ridiculously expensive! This shampoo is very effective and has a wonderful scent. I haven't found a shampoo that does a good job of conditioning, but this one doesn't dry his beard out either. Order it. You will not be sorry!.
It appears to be of excellent quality. You also get quite a bit for your money. It is a good deal.
It's a fantastic beard wash, but why must every beard wash have a minty scent? I have to use pine scented beard oil to cover up the odor right after I use it.
The bottle has a bad pump design. This stuff smells amazing and makes my beard smell, look, and feel great! I received it today and just used it for the first time; this stuff smells amazing and makes my beard smell, look, and feel great! The bottle's pump, however, is defective and will not open! I eventually transferred it to an old bottle of beard shampoo. After the transfer, I attempted, but failed, to reverse engineer the pump (because I adore the bottle).
