It has a sandalwood odor to it. It isn't, however, overpowering. My husband is a huge fan of this product, and his beard is incredibly soft as a result. Both are employed by him.
The pump on one of the bottles popped up easily, but on the other, I had to unscrew the pump and twist the stem to get it to pop up. It's a little messy, but it's well worth the effort.
The correct answer is 1, simply based on math. 88 cents per ounce (rounded up to the nearest hundredth) What is the relevance of this?
Niether. It made my scrawny beard resemble the hair on the top of my head. Neither straw nor steel wool will suffice.

As some of you may know, African hair can be a pain to manage because it's very brittle and thin (even when you grow it out) with even the most rigorous hair care routine. I was hesitant for a long time about purchasing a beard wash and conditioner because I thought it wasn't tailored for all halves. I was wrong, viking's beard wash and conditioner smooths and tames even the nappiest of beards like mine, leaving them clean and manageable, with the added benefit of knowing my beard is getting the nutrients it needs to stay healthy and grow long. This beard wash will work wonders for anyone with straight beard hair, curly, wavy, coarse, or any other type of beard hair. It will give you the confidence that you have a product to back up your man mane. 5 out of 5 stars.
I decided to give this stuff a shot after doing some research. The end result? He adores it!br>br> His remarks: br>br> Even without the conditioner, it lathers up with bubbles and feels like it cleans his beard (he works with oil and grease all day) and leaves it so soft. Unless his beard is particularly dry, he uses the conditioner every other day. It's easy to wash off, and his beard has grown over an inch since I gave it to him for Christmas. br>br>My favorite part is that I'm a snob when it comes to smells, and this stuff doesn't bother me at all. I'm fighting women with a stick to keep them from touching my manly beard, which they think is sexy, and I'm telling them to stay away. A few men had to drag them away from my sexy beard while giving me the evil eye or a thumbs up.
The 16 oz size is ideal, and the wash and conditioner set was very reasonably priced. It dispensed too much, didn't smell good, and didn't taste good, according to a couple of responses I read. First and foremost, I don't buy beard care products for the sake of taste; if I did, I'd pick a zest flavor, which was my favorite since I first got my mouth washed out with soap. Second, I really like the scent. It's an adult-sized pump, so it's not likely to dispense too much product. This pump is larger than the ones included in the starter kits, which are designed for babies. Simply put, you only use what you require. It is not necessary to fully depress the pump. I was able to dispense exactly the amount of product I required each time; great product, great size, great price; I intend to purchase this again in the future.

Prior sets I purchased did not include them, so this is a significant improvement, but you probably don't care. br>br>The beard wash is good and leaves your bear feeling clean, and the conditioner (if left in for at least a minute) softens while leaving a great scent even if you don't use balm or wax afterwards. br>br>The only drawback; I suddenly felt compelled to grab my axe and shield, board the knarr, and set sail for a raid. Fortunately, I realized that raiding in a towel, as luxurious as my beard felt, was probably not the best choice. br>br>Having tried many different brands over the years, this is the main brand I buy because I've never been disappointed. Product is good, price is good, and the company is good.
The products do not have a Sandalwood scent, which is a deal breaker. The scent reminds me of baby powder or new car smell spray, which is disappointing. I prefer products with scents like sandalwood, Ode, tobacco/vanilla, and so on, but I can't use this because the scent of a new car is so strong that it makes me feel like I'm at the car wash with my beard. Because I have a long beard, I purchased the liter size because it was a good value and stated on the front that it smelled like sandalwood. I was surprised by the bait and switch scent; there isn't even a hint of sandalwood in this product. It was a waste of $35. They're not the real deal, but they're attempting to sell beards. Men like the grit in the product, but it's gimmickry that smells like a baby, not a man.
I used to buy my Boyfriend a beard product from Brazil, and it took about 18 business days for it to arrive in the United States. So his birthday was approaching, and I didn't have time to wait 18 days for shipment, plus the Brazilian brand didn't have a beard conditioner, so I went online and did some research and discovered Viking was one of the top beard products! Another factor that influenced my decision to purchase this item is that the brand name complements the product as well as my boyfriend's style (we joke that he is a big Viking). He was overjoyed when he opened the box because he had heard nothing but good things about the product but had never tried it. He and I both enjoy the scent of the product and how soft it makes his beard, so he helps me brush it and doesn't scream at me when I play with his beard and get my fingers stuck trying to detangle it hahaha. In terms of growth, I believe it is a little early to make any conclusions. Overall, a fantastic product that I will purchase again if the need arises.
