Then, I stumbled across these products while researching dental hygiene. like the little cups my hygienist used, so I figured if I did it once a month or so that would be a good way to keep things clean and healthy A clean environment. It was packaged in a tiny bag, and the cups were in excellent condition upon arrival. A mint was ordered by me - You can flavor your X however you like Grass with a coarse texture. I followed some of the earlier reviews by mixing what was in the cup with a toothpick and a bit of water to make it more like a gel I could easily scoop it into my brush because it has a gel-like consistency. While I own an electric toothbrush (and will use it next time! ), this time I wanted to use the manual brush just for the sake of getting a better feel for how it works, how it feels on my teeth, and where it might need to be more focused. I was really surprised at how well it worked on the brush. I was very pleasantly surprised by the grit and how it applied to the brush. This is the amount my dentist uses, not too much or too little, but just enough. There is absolutely no prophy paste here. As a retired hygienist, I know the difference, and this is best described as toothpaste.
