The whitening gel has a minty taste to it.
My first order did come with instructions, but none of my subsequent orders did. I didn't have a problem because I saved the original sheet of directions. Perhaps you could contact the seller and request that the instructions be sent to you.

I'm a dentist who has used Venus White for years. I began purchasing Venus White 35% from Amazon because my new office used a different whitening brand. I adore it; it's fantastic, and I always get stunning results, and yes, THIS IS THE REAL THING. If you don't know how to use a whitening gel properly, you'll get chemical burns. You put a minimal amount in each tooth reservoir in your whitening trays ( DO NOT USE A WHITENING GEL WITHOUT TRAYS) put them in place and take a paper towel or% It's a fantastic product, and I'll buy it again and again.

WARNING: This product swelled my lips a lot. My insides of my mouth were burned, and blisters were left behind. When I bought this product from my dentist, I had no problems with it. There was no box with this cake from Amazon, only a bag and an extra syringe. This is something I will never do again.
