After you open the box, the toothbrush must be charged for 24 hours, and the battery indicator will light up yellow before turning green when it is ready to use. If the battery indicator did not light up when you charged it, it is most likely a manufacturer's defect that should be returned. I hope this has been of assistance to you.
I'm not a dentist, so I can't say for sure if tooth enamel has been damaged. The brush, on the other hand, is gentle and has several settings, including cleaning, gentle for sensitive teeth, gum massage, and whitening. Mine has been in use for about four months. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first got it; the vibrations are very fast, and I find that I have to be careful not to brush my teeth with the back of the brush because the vibrations can be quite jarring. But, now that I've been using the brush for a while, I've figured out how to avoid making contact with my teeth, and I really enjoy the way my teeth feel after brushing. Another feature I like is that it times your brushing in four 30-second cycles and pauses for a fraction of a second between cycles to let you know when to switch brushing areas. I never have to second-guess whether or not I'm brushing for 2 minutes. The rechargeable battery lasts a long time; in the four months since I bought it, I've only had to charge it twice, and I brush twice a day. You could take it on vacation for a month and not have to worry about charging it if it was fully charged. I like mine a lot and would recommend it to others; you just have to get used to the vibrations.

There are no replacement heads on the market. It is not worthwhile to purchase.
This one, I believe, was chosen because it included a gum massage setting. My purchase made me extremely happy. It threw me off for a second while I was brushing because it has an active "stop" each cycle so you know when to move to a different quadrant of teeth, and I thought it was shutting down. Simply keep it in your mouth for the 1-minute stop time. Spraying your mirror takes only 2 seconds! This is a product that I would recommend to everyone.
This toothbrush is perfect for me. I saw an advertisement for a different brand and decided to check it out on Amazon. That one, as well as a few others, drew my attention. I ultimately chose this toothbrush because it had a higher VPM rating (40,000 VPM) than the one I was looking at. It was also a third of the price, and it came in my preferred color (rose gold). There were eight brush heads included in the package! There was also a nice travel case included. After only one use of the toothbrush, I noticed and felt a difference in my teeth! I love how clean my teeth feel and how sparkly they are, as if I just got them cleaned at the dentist! I'm excited to see how they look after more use. It's only been a few days since I've used it, but I'm already in love with it. I would strongly suggest it.
I feel compelled to warn anyone who has used a GOOD ultrasonic toothbrush that these brushes appear to be made as cheaply as possible. Everything works in terms of technology. They're attractively packaged and well-designed. However, as soon as you hold the brush in your hand, you can tell it's not very good. Everything, for example, is made of some of the cheapest plastic I've ever seen. No joke: It's similar to the type found in disposable utensils. The handle is extremely light, which may contribute to the stronger sense of vibration, which is noticeably more irritating than what I was used to with my old Sonicare. br>br>However, the brush's lack of finesse in your hand pales in comparison to how it feels in your mouth. The brush head has almost no give, making it feel like you're brushing your teeth with a vibrating stick. It is. Not a pleasant experience. After a single brush with this thing, I knew I'd had enough. br>br>In conclusion, these brushes LOOK great, but for something you should be using twice a day, every single day of your life, I believe it's definitely worth investing a little more in a higher quality product. br>br>I can't help but think the hundreds of glowing reviews are coming from people who have never used a name brand electric toothbrush.

When brushing your teeth with this ULTRA SONIC toothbrush, I recommend starting with the "Soft" setting, then moving on to the "Clean" setting and focusing on the other settings. This toothbrush is fantastic, with a lot of power and a cute design. Also, for the next 6 months, you won't have to buy any new heads, which is a huge plus. I strongly advise you to purchase this; it also makes a great gift! (if giving them a toothbrush doesn't offend them).

This aqua sonic ultra whitening toothbrush has yet to be used by me. I just got it, and I've already opened it. It was described as a wireless charging base when I placed my order. The box also states that it includes one wireless charging base, as seen in the image. It did, however, come with a charging base that included a power cord and a power plug, rather than being wireless. This is not the toothbrush I ordered or paid for; it is an electric toothbrush, but not a wireless toothbrush.
So far, this electric toothbrush has performed admirably. The speed is effective and gets the job 100% done.
