I noticed that the upc code for the fresh lemon is covered by a white sticker, and the back does not say "use." repeat with a smile 'Is this something that happens all the time?' ?

It's normal to have a sticker on top of the upc. It's an Amazon requirement, but all of our bottles should have the phrase "Use Smile Repeat" right above the usage instructions.

I purchased it with the intention of using it, but I'm not sure how effective it will be. My oral health hasn't changed in any way. It hasn't helped me get rid of my tonsil stones either. br>br>I don't like the flavor; I can smell and taste the citrus, but not the mint. It's a sickeningly medicinal sweet that lingers on your tongue long after you've rinsed it away with water. It also dries out my mouth, so I have to drink a liter of water to stay hydrated.
