This is what I'm returning: Unlike the title, this is not a real product.
Two C2 heads and one G2 head were included in the package. There isn't a third. Furthermore, the packaging appears to be shady. These are ones I would avoid.
Use for three weeks. The C3 plaque control head was the first brush I used from this set. Following two weeks of use, the bristles began to fall out. Starting with the top bristle, the bristles fell out in my mouth as I was brushing. The bristle's entire round base comes out, indicating that whatever glue they're using isn't wearing down. I went to the other side of the room - G3 gum care is a product that is designed to help you take care of your gum I'm hoping the problem with the first head was a one-time occurrence. Today, while brushing, a bristle fell out after three weeks of use. br>br>For the past two years, I've been using sonicare toothbrushes as my primary 2- Since 2003, I've been brushing my teeth three times per day. I've never had bristles fall out of my toothbrush heads before.
For the past month, I've only been using the first toothbrush head. I had the G2 before and they lasted a long time, but these G3 heads are literally falling apart as I brush my teeth. I spit out a clump of bristles almost every day. br>Given how much these cost for the brand name, I had high hopes. These are something I would never recommend.
There were only two heads delivered. Checked twice and read the online description as well as the actual packaging. Even though everything says and shows three heads, there are only two.
The bristles are much stiffer, have a hard time syncing with my phone, and make an odd, high-pitched sound when brushing. My brush warns me when I apply too much pressure or brush too quickly, but not with these. The brush head is also wider than the genuine originals, and it does not fit in my mouth as well.
I've had a few disappointments with Phillips toothbrush heads in the past, which almost made me give up on the brand; the toothbrushes are great, but when you have to buy expensive heads and some of them aren't working properly, you start to wonder if it's worth it to keep using it. I bought these as a last resort, and they turned out to be perfect.
After just a few weeks of using the brush heads, many of the bristles came out while brushing my teeth (see photos). I adore Philips, but this product has left me disappointed; perhaps it was a manufacturing flaw, but I would not recommend purchasing these brush heads.
