Questions & Answers

I'm not sure if my Sonicare belongs to the E series. It's at least a decade old. Will these brushes work as a stand-in for the originals?

Yes, I am confident that they will! My Sonicare is at least a decade old, and I believe the E Series was the only brush available at the time! You can return them in the worst-case scenario, but I doubt you'll need to. Thanks!

Will the HX5310 handle accept these replacement brush heads?

I haven't decided yet. Our toothbrushes are from the E series, which "Fits Multiple Sonicare Handlesbr>The e-Series" according to the description. The following Sonicare models are compatible with Series Standard brush heads: Advance, Essence, Elite, CleanCare, and Xtreme are the different types of cleaning products available. "br>You should be able to find the answer on Phillips Soniare's website, and if you can't find it there, I believe you can email them to confirm. Please accept my apologies for not being able to assist you further!

Is this compatible with the HX5612? Thanks. ?

Yes, the HX 5612 Essence model from Sonicare will fit.

I'm wondering if these HX7022/30 replacement brush heads will fit in my HX7002/82. ?

I'm not sure what HX7002/82 stands for, but it fits any Elite series Phillips sonicare perfectly.

This is a purchase that you will come to regret
3/5

Like so many other Amazon product reviews with comments like "I bought this before and it worked great, but now it doesn't. " " I had previously used this product and it was fine, but one of the three brushes' seal had been broken just enough to pull the brush out of the bag this time. I began to use it but now I don t think that is a good idea so 33% of my money is in trash. A second brush has been installed. Although it is securely fastened, it barely vibrates, indicating that something has changed. br>I went to Ingles and bought a brush set. I was able to hold it and see that the brushes had not been tampered with before I spent my money, and this brush worked just as well as the original this morning. br>I did not contact the seller first because I am tired of seeing products replaced with a cheaper version and then having to pay a higher price. br>Amazon used to carry high-quality products at a reasonable price, but it is rapidly transforming into an online dollar store.

I've gone back to using the original Sonicare brushes
5/5

I've gone back to the basics. I experimented with some third-party replacement brushes and found that they were hit or miss. They would sometimes perform exactly like the Sonicare original brushes from the same seller, and other times they would perform about half as well (power transmission would be about half of what it was, or brushes would fall out). )br>br>Overall, I've decided that paying a little more to ensure quality is worthwhile. I still think they're overpriced, but I can't deny that they're a fantastic tooth brush.

Replacement heads with a lot of punch
5/5

These heads are expensive, but they perform admirably. The new heads vibrate much more strongly than the old ones, which surprised me. I had no idea how ineffective my old head was until I tried the replacement! I'm glad they're available because it means I won't have to replace the base on my electric toothbrush. I am not paid to write reviews. br>br> On a weekly basis, I order items from Amazon. Before I write a review, I wait until I've used the product and formed an honest opinion about it. Unless I believe the seller should respond, I will answer questions.

These are not fakes, in my opinion
3/5

I just got a package of three today, and it arrived in less than two days. After reading all of the one-star reviews, I was hesitant to purchase these. They mostly suggest that these are fake, made in China, etc. Several people posted pictures of them in plastic bags, while others reported bad buzzing. The bristles have started to fall out. So I ordered them, then went to the Philips website and ordered the ones that have yet to arrive (I know it's the official Philips website because my credit card was charged from the Netherlands). They cost around one dollar each. Philips offers a 50 percent discount on a pack of four, which costs around $30 with free shipping. The only difference I can see is that the Philips ones are missing the blue "wear indicator" bristles. I can tell when my bristles are worn without looking at them. br>So, br>1) The heads I received were in plastic bags that were sealed; That suits me fine. And I got all three, not just two as many as the others. There were complaints in the star reviews. br>2) According to Philips' website, the company's heads are manufactured in China. As a result, just because they're made in China doesn't mean they're phony. br>3) I mounted one and it vibrated in the same way that my originals did. The magnets are the same black (non-shiny) color as the originals. br>4) The bristles are identical to my originals in terms of stiffness. I've made an off-the-shelf purchase. In the past, I've had brand copies that were far too soft to remove from the plaque. These are very effective. br>UPDATE: January 16, 2021: Today, Philips mailed me my order. Four brushes were packaged in a flimsy plastic case. packaging made of cardboard I'd show you a photo of the brushes, but it's pointless. The brushes are identical in every way, including stiffness, and they have the blue bristles that indicate wear. These were 3 for $27 ($9 each), while Philips were 4 for $30 ($7 each). Both for $50, with free shipping. Go to the Philips site if you have any reservations or want a better deal; my Philips model was HX7024/52. HX7023/64, HX7022/64, and HX7022/66 are also available. I'm not sure what the difference is, but they're all around $10/each /- br>br>One thing to keep in mind: if the head is not tightly screwed on, even Philips' will buzz loudly. They'll sound bad even if you just loosen them up a little. br>I also never store these with the heads on because mold will grow inside the head's base. After each use, I always detach the head to allow everything to air dry. br>br>I see a third-place finisher. The star rating indicates that the sealed bags are good, but the hard plastic bags are not. Since mine arrived in "good" plastic bags, I can't comment on that. That's something worth keeping an eye on. br>br>Only because this is the first day, I'm giving three stars. I'll revise this review and change the stars in a month or two. I may reduce my rating to one star ONLY because I believe that's what people notice first, and a five-star rating isn't as appealing. In the midst of the crowd, a five-star review would be lost. For the time being, I'd give it a 5.

Philips is the brand I'm sticking with: For the time being, I'm not going to take any generics
5/5

I tried a number of generic brands that were highly rated. Many people may not notice the distinction, but I do. The Sonicare brushes from Philips have a lot more "follow-through" than the brushes from other brands. On the swivel of their bristles, they say "through. " Their neodymium magnets, I believe, are simply stronger, and this makes a difference. When you turn on the brush and start touching the bristles, you'll be able to tell. The swivel of the Philips heads does not shorten. I've tried two other generic brands, both of which immediately reduce their stroke. That, in my opinion, translates to less cleaning action when the brush head comes into contact with the teeth.

Yes, but no: these substitutes work well, but I'm disappointed by the amount of plastic used in their manufacture and packaging
3/5

To get them out of the plastic, I thought I'd have to use dynamite or surgical instruments! I'm serious. Also keep in mind that you won't just get the brush, but the entire assembly that connects to the housing- Assembling magnets, etc. , as seen in the photo- Simply put, there was far too much plastic. The two new ones will be used indefinitely by me. Overall, the product is excellent and aids in keeping my teeth, bridgework, and gums clean when combined with flossing and a water pick.

Packaging that has been infested
3/5

The package was covered in large black ants when it arrived. I took it outside right away, and I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it.

Right out of the box, it's defective! Despite the fact that it appears to be in original Philips Sonicare packaging, I am afraid that the product is a knock-off
3/5

off. For at least 15 years, I have used a Philips Sonicare toothbrush. Until we ordered this one, we had never received a defective replacement brush. One brush appears to be in good working order, while the other barely vibrates. I could just as well be brushing my teeth with a regular toothbrush. When I compared the two brushes, I noticed that the defective one is missing a magnet near the bottom of the brackets that go inside the housing. I'm not going to order any more of these from Amazon. I'm truly disappointed.
