Yes, that was an issue with my most recent order. I bought new ones (C3) at a local store, and the bottom of the brush, the part that attaches to the handle, was different inside; I don't believe these are genuine Philips brushes.
The C3 toothbrush, according to what Phillips told me over the phone last year, replaces the Adaptive Clean toothbrush, which was allegedly discontinued.
Hello! Yes, the Sonicare ProtectiveClean 4100 toothbrush handle will fit this.

br>In the photo, I'm holding an authentic brush head next to a phony product I just bought. The print on the 'Philips sonicare' is a little off. The quality is HORRIBLE. Also, the brush head (top is genuine, bottom is a knock-off) is clearly a knock-off. removed from the process of reproduction br>I'd like to get my money back!.
I had placed an order for this exact item in 2018, and it was genuine. I went to the link for this item from my previous orders, and it said right at the top of the page that I had "purchased this item on ____ 2018. " " As a result, on March 6, 2019, I purchased them once more. " They arrived in an undamaged shipping envelope, but the toothbrush head package had already been opened. Furthermore, the items themselves were OBVIOUSLY of lower quality and most likely a counterfeit. I've included three photos with this review: one of the genuine item, one of the knockoff, and one of the opened container in which it arrived. br>br>I'm hoping that someone from Philips figures out that this is a persistent issue, because based on the reviews, I'm not the only one who has experienced this.
Don't buy from Amazon until they clean up their act; I've tried six times to order replacement Sonicare heads from them, and each time they've been fakes. "What's the big deal?" br>br>"What's the big deal?" br>br>"I'm not sure what the big deal is " If I pay ten dollars, When you pay $12 for a toothbrush, you expect it to perform admirably, which these knockoff heads fail to do. "What are their issues, and why aren't they working?" br>br>"What are their issues, and why aren't they working?" br>br>"What are their problems, and why are "First, they're poorly constructed, which means saliva and water can get inside the brush head and be difficult to remove from behind the metal face plate and the plastic brush body. Second, the face plate will frequently vibrate loose and make a horrible noise until you reach in and pry it out. Finally, because the plastic is soft and cannot withstand vibration, the locking cam inside the brush head wears out, resulting in brush heads that pop off when the brush is turned on. br>br>If these trash heads cost $2 each, I might be okay with it, because cheap knock-offs aren't all that bad. Even if they're a bit wasteful, off-brand products have a purpose. What irritates me the most about this is that it is a SCAM that Amazon is willingly participating in by allowing their suppliers and marketplace partners to pawn these off at full price, thus defrauding Amazon's customers. br>br>Avoid these heads at all costs. If you're like us and use Amazon for convenience, don't buy Sonicare. Sonicare's advantage over Braun is minor at best, and their brush heads are less expensive and don't appear to have the same issue. I'm sorry I bought the Philips Sonicare, and I'm sorry I used Amazon to make these purchases.
After 5 days of use in my mouth, bristle fragments were erupting. I've been buying Phillips Sonicare toothbrushes since they first came out, and I've never had a problem with the brush heads until now. I'm very disappointed with this purchase, and I'm not sure if it's even a Phillips product.
When you find a good one, what will you do with it? GREAT! Pros: The Sonicare clean and the way they feel are two of my favorite things. br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product. For the price, they should last longer; one month and the bristles have fallen out is unacceptable when they advertise a 90-day warranty. br>br>I've been using this brush for a while, and while it usually lasts much longer than a month, it's not always consistent. They should all be the same price for the same quality!.
The brushing space on these brush heads is three times that of the original brush heads. In my opinion, they clean ten times better than the standard brushes. There is a significant improvement! Much better, fantastic outcomes!.
Is it true that the head was broken? While brushing my teeth, the top third of the bristles, as well as the plastic to which they are attached, broke away. This has never happened with any other brush head in the past.
FINALLY, A COMPLETE TOOTHBRUSH HEAD DOES THE JOB. I'd brought a small 6-inch camera with me. After a 9-month hiatus from Philips' high-priced toothbrush heads, I tried out a few (not bad- Substitute head (at a lower cost). OMG! is all I have to say about my return. I was blown away not only by the price, but also by the quality of these heads. They make you feel as if you have a full head of hair and not as if you're brushing with half of a toothbrush. It looks great with my Diamond unit and completes it. Overall, these heads feel and clean better to me than the initial sonicare heads I had used before, and at this price, I may have to consider purchasing a few extras. You won't want to try another puppy after you've tried these.
