Everything is made in China, so get over it.
I tried using a different replacement head, but it didn't work. Sorry for not being more helpful; I just ordered them from the Burst website.
Instead of the brush, you should use the tongue cleaner.
For the black one, it's matte. Others I'm not certain about.

This toothbrush has two positive characteristics and one extremely annoying characteristic: br>br>1) Every 30 seconds, the device pulses to remind you to brush a different part of your mouth. br>2) After 2 minutes, it turns off to indicate that you are finished. br>3) Once turned off, it will not turn back on unless it is placed back on its charging stand. br>br>I have a permanent retainer behind my bottom front teeth that I must brush separately. Normally, I would just turn it back on for another 30 seconds and it would be fine. This toothbrush, however, is not one of them! I need to remove my toothbrush from my mouth, place it on the stand, and then replace it in my mouth. It's impossible to describe how disgusting this is. But I'm forced to do it by the toothbrush. It won't be on for more than two minutes. It is completely unconcerned with your requirements! After I've rinsed out the toothbrush, I like to turn it back on to shake off any excess water. This allows your toothbrush stand to collect as much gunk as possible at the bottom, which is very easy to do with most electric toothbrushes. With this electric toothbrush, however, that is not the case! It will not turn back on for you to shake the water off even if you finish in less than 2 minutes! That's it! Once it's turned off, it's turned off! Why, exactly? br>br> It turns off after two minutes, according to the pamphlet, because dentists recommend brushing for at least two minutes. There is no mention of brushing for *at most* two minutes! Just give me a moment to turn the thing back on! It isn't a battery problem. br>br> I know because I only have to leave it on its stand for a fraction of a second before I can turn it back on. They simply programmed it so that it could not be turned on more than once between charging sessions. br>br>I estimate the real battery life to be around 10 minutes, which isn't bad for an electric brush, but since this one won't stay on for more than two minutes without being charged, it's a problem. It's a moot point between now and then. br>br>There are a few other issues I'm having with this brush, but they're minor.
Battery life is excellent! So, here's why I love the Burst sonic toothbrush so much. (1) Long lasting battery - On a single charge, it lasts for 6 weeks. That is the most effective product on the market. (2) The $150-plus model's entire feature set and design (3) The brush head is super soft - sonic toothbrushes that cost $200 are now more affordable. (4) The automatic brush head delivery eliminates the need to remember to replace your brush head, which is something I always forget to do. (5) The number two The minute quad timer comes in handy for determining how long to brush and where to brush. The Burst brush is a top-of-the-line product. the- full-length line high-quality, well-designed, and featured a high-quality sonic toothbrush for a reasonable price.
These were purchased in pairs. After 6 months, the first toothbrush's battery died. It would charge overnight and turn on for 30 seconds before going dead. After 9 months, my second toothbrush did the same thing. The red light on the charger block remains on for about 2 minutes before turning off, indicating that it is finished charging. The toothbrush, on the other hand, is still very much alive, blinking red. I have another charger that works fine and blocks just fine. br>br>I tried looking up this type of behavior online but couldn't find anything. It would be nice if there was a battery reset option, but I'm guessing the internal battery isn't up to snuff. br>br>Apart from that, the toothbrush was excellent. However, for the same price, I could have purchased a pack of three regular toothbrushes. They're 99 cents each and will last me more than a year. BUMMER.
If you have sensitive gums or teeth, or if you are new to using an electric toothbrush, this is a good option. br>It didn't give me the same clean as an oral b, so I had to brush harder because I didn't get that clean feeling (when you brush your teeth and run your tongue across them). Brushing took a little more time.
This toothbrush appealed to me because of its stunning all-black and sleek appearance. However, I am dissatisfied that this toothbrush did not meet my expectations. br>br>It, like the brush, is larger than the average toothbrush. Because of how clumsy it is, it does not allow for a thorough cleaning, and it does not fit to clean the back teeth, leaving an incomplete clean. In addition, unlike other electric toothbrushes I've used, it isn't snapped to better fit the shape of my teeth. My teeth and gums were in excruciating pain after using the rubber thing in the middle of the bristles, and I don't have sensitive teeth. br>I also wish that the modes had different i densities. The one for whitening was a little too abrasive. br>br>Overall, I wish I could return it, but I threw away the packaging because I had high expectations for it, which it sadly did not meet. I won't be using it any longer, and $60 will be thrown away.
The toothbrush head's tapered bristles get in between my teeth much better than any other toothbrush I've used before. I'm a dental hygienist who works for BURST, and I can honestly say that this toothbrush is the best toothbrush I've used in a long time. I like that it has a two-minute timer that tells you when time is up, as well as a quad interval timer that tells you when to switch quadrants and brush the other teeth. It's also very light and quiet, so you won't wake anyone up when brushing your teeth in the middle of the night or early in the morning. BURST will be a hit with you!.
