Thank you for the excellent customer service. In addition, I noticed that both connector pins on the box were bent, and that there would be no way for the leads to connect. It would have further damaged the connectors if we had tried to do so. My best effort was to bend the pins back to a center position by using one of the points of a letter opener. After connecting the leads, I was able to use the device. When I first plugged in and unplugged the cord, it was difficult. But, once the pins centered from lining up with the plug, it was no longer hard. Despite the fact that it works, I informed the seller a few days later that I should notify him about it. The risk of bending or breaking a pin increases when it has been bent. In response to an email I sent to Everyway4all on Sunday, On the following day, a new unit was sent to me in Priority mail with an envelope and return label to replace the old one. That's awesome customer service. Now, let's talk about the unit. I have purchased three TENS/EMS units and this is my best one. What it does, and what it does well, is exactly what it says it will do. The reason I bought this one is that it allows you to dial in the intensity rather than pushing the up or down button 20 or 30 times to select the During use, the frequency width and rate can be adjusted, too, so this is the first one I've used that does that. I had to stop the unit, make the adjustment, start the unit, and press the up button 20 or 30 times just to make one small change on my most recent one. Thank you so much for making it available. There is nothing I like more than this product and how effective it is. As my first TENS unit, it took a lot of work to determine what type of setting to use for these conditions because this is my first TENS unit that was calibrated. Moreover, a portion of the manual provides recommendations for how to set the frequency. This advice implies that you can change the height and width of the screen, but there's no instructions on how to do it on the device. * Once you figure this out, you can unleash the device's It is my sincere hope that this helps you make an informed choice.

It is a very good unit and I like all the features it provides. I am pleased with the quality of the packaging and how well laid out the new user guide is. There are a few other options with a better value (electrodes available) and several other options for a better value. This is why I rated the four stars. Easy to use - The Complete Book is still difficult after you understand it and read it, but you have a better understanding of exactly what you need to do. During charging there was a blue light. Once charged, this light turned green. I had a big problem because the instruction book said that a green light would appear. It took me a phone call to California to ask why the light was red so long. The distributor told me that you have to charge a unit for at least eight plus hours for the first time instead of the suggested two hours. Green was finally the color of the light. This unit did not overheat, but when it took a while to charge for the first time I was extremely happy to see that. For the extra few dollars, I would recommend this unit because it has various therapy options. The unit is therefore more suited to healing muscles in a wide variety of ways. This is one of the first things I recommend to friends who talk to me and have seen it.

There are a lot of directions to follow. Making the start up easier for first time users and explaining just how to modify/change in a simple way would be beneficial. Initially, I struggled using it because doctors don't always explain how to use it properly. Like the machine. Would like it if there were two sizes of the pads, as a slightly smaller version for neck regions, especially for women and to fit smaller persons would be helpful. In addition to having a short neck and being petite, I also have cervical issues that require me to use them. The two sets of pads are almost touching. TENS units are not immune from this problem. The product is good.

I replaced the EV804 after my ten year old machine died on me. Technology has advanced greatly in the past few decades. In addition, there is a great number of options to choose from with this machine. As well, I found the instructions about how to place different pads quite helpful.

After the orange light had gone out, the light turned to green after almost eight hours. My first impression of the item was that it was going to work poorly. I found it a bit difficult to set up, but finding the right mode was really the key. When you reach the setting right after ramp 2, make sure that you turn the machine down. That is when I figured out how to use It's no longer my favorite setting. It's all electricity all the time now. I was able to hook everything up in a couple minutes because the pads are well made and the wiring isn't difficult to figure out. Additionally, I watched a couple of YouTube videos to get an idea how the machine works. I have used the machine four times and the same pads. There seems to be at least some possibility of sticking for at least two years Continue to repeat this three You get 8 pads included with this machine.
Overall, I am satisfied with this machine and I feel I got good value for the price.
