Standing or walking all day with the brace is necessary if you are going to worry about your back. The chair is in front of me. With this brace you can't sit down it's very uncomfortable to wear. Though I suppose it would be ideal if someone was in a standing position all day, or wore it during a workout session. As I needed something I could use when sitting down at my desk, this had to be returned, so I cannot give it a 4 star rating, but if I had kept it and used it I would have probably given it 5 stars. The brace is not flexible or soft at all. very well, and the Velcro is of the highest quality. You probably could hang an elephant on it if you wanted. Sadly, I am unable to use the program.

Taller people will be able to use it well since it is wide. I did experience some stitching problems with one of the elastic side straps after 3 months of use, however, once I managed to contact Amazon and the vendor, I received a free replacement. The customer service provided by Amazon and NEOtech is excellent.

There was a rupture of the L4 disc In July, I suffered a recurrence of pain and was out of work for almost two months. My career as a dental hygienist is over, but I thought it was just a phase. I honestly don't know how I could get through the day without this brace. I wear it to work (and as needed) and am able to return to work part time.
