Our advertising gave the impression we would receive a ramp, but we ended up receiving handles only. I will never buy anything else from them in the future.

The only rails are on the side

Didn't realize the handrails were all there was. That is a lot of money for rails alone. In the next few attempts we were able to arrange them, but once I realized my mistake, I couldn't.
