Selected User Reviews For EZ-Access Suitcase Trifold Portable Ramp with an Applied Slip-Resistant Surface, 5 Foot
My recent purchase from Amazon has got to be one of the most disappointing ones I have ever made in my life. I was looking for a lightweight ramp to use to load and unload my wheelchair into Because I am unable to lift a lot of weight, I wanted to unfold it, wheel the chair in and out, then tuck it in again. That was easy, wasn't it? My understanding is that I should have been able to do this easily based on the product description. It appeared from the reviews that this was also true. My purchase was the result of two hours of research. The item will be returned to you as soon as possible. There is a great deal of weight to it. There needs to be an update to the product description stating that this is "lightweight" and "44 lbs. ". A person with a disability cannot effectively use this, so on EARTH how do you expect that to happen? What makes this special? Were the caregivers in mind when you designed this? What does the strong people need? Having a caregiver is not always an option for everyone. There are some of us who must exploit our highest level of abilities to be able to lift things on our own. A product like this is a complete disaster and you should be ashamed of trying to market it to disabled consumers. Why don't you tell me what's wrong? You should ask an individual with a disability if a ramp works next time you design one. Our business model was not designed to work with your design.
Based on reviews and claims of how stray the product is, we purchased the brand. When the product is received, it does not unfold as described in the instructions or video. A 10' length is really 9', and a 10' length with the lips at top and bottom is really only 10'. As a result, the size dimensions provided in the product description are misleading. With regards to sturdiness, I feel like there is quite a bit of give and play in the ramp once you reach the center. As I understand, there will be some give and take, but there is so much of it in the ramp that makes it There is a sense of sadness surrounding the fact that this location occurs so frequently compared to other similar places. The product is not recommended at all and I hope the return process will be as easy as possible.
However, the seven-foot gazebo still isn't oversized. The Ramp measures 5 feet wide, 3. 9 feet long and 3. 5 feet high. It serves as a stationary ramp the weight factor, awkward handling, and safety hazards would make me uncomfortable. A portable device like this is too hazardous to 1 *br Angled corners are always needed for aluminum pieces being extruded. 3.
A hinged section must be secured together when it is In this way, the user is not able to swing freely a 10lb section at any time. *3 There is a warning label near the pinched point. In general, this is used when safety is not the focus of reengineering. The fourth paragraph. My first task is to round off the sharp corners of the ramp, because it is required for immediate use. To keep shopping for products that address the issues mentioned here, I recommend searching for those that already do.
Ramps are fine and there's nothing wrong with them I like it a lot. This item is extremely sturdy, and it folds up easily for storage, as well as folding into two halves with the included spring clips to make it easier to carry. There was a mistake in the size I ordered I should have ordered a 10' ramp for my house instead of an 8' ramp (the seller's page says 8"). This site has a "no return" policy, and there's no way to exchange it, even at my cost. I checked the return policy link, but wasn't able to find anything. The seller's page does not appear to contain any information. Amazon defeats its own purpose by fighting about it, at least for me, and I won't engage in it. *I am either going to use the ramp for an unexpected reason, such as loading my lawn tractor into my truck (if the ramp is wide enough), or I will give it to a disabled neighbor or veteran. In the meantime, I still need a ramp, so I guess I'll go.
This device made it possible for my mother to be dropped off at the hospital You can invite your mother-in-law over to the house for a visit. Because of her disability, we had to go up two stairs to get her into the house from our garage, and it was getting nearly impossible to manoeuvre her into the house. In order to get inside, she needed two people to guide and support her and instruct her on how to move safely. There was a short ramp I built, but it was not extremely helpful, as it ended up being extremely Now she can roll onto and off the 8 foot ramp in her wheelchair, and we can keep her in her wheelchair to enable us to access her house while she is seated. There's a lot of weight on the ramp - The chair has an aluminum construction, is very sturdy, and is foldable for storage. The sides and traction material are included to ensure I'd definitely recommend the purchase and I think it was a good purchase for us. If you are going to install the upper pins near the doorway, make sure they are not going to fall out.
A triathlon is scheduled for this weekend The best ramp we have seen so far is the fold ramp. That they have to weigh so much just to be substantial is really too bad. We do have to take the scooter a little further than we would like because it takes up more space than we like, but it's necessary for us to get it where we need it. It is important that we all make sacrifices for people with special needs & disabilities There is nothing to worry about with these little things! The ramp has been helpful for getting up stairs without a ramp as well as getting the scooter in and out of the van without much difficulty. It is well-made and sturdy. The price is worth it for what it will hold weight wise. We hope not to have to replace it but it is most definitely a product we recommend to those in need of it.
It has been about two months since I started using this product. Quantum Edge 2 is my device of choice. There is no power chair that weighs more than 350 pounds. I weigh 185 pounds so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find a portable ramp that can support I am very pleased with how well this ramp performs. can be a bit cumbersome for my petite wife to fold up and move the ramp, but she does it. Due to the fact that we do not move it much, it serves our needs.
