This scooter trailer worked well when I had to transport my husband's scooter across several states, but the assembly was a little tricky. The pin that came with it was too short. A cotter pin could not be attached to the part that attaches closest to the hitch because the pin was just barely long enough to fit through its holes but not long enough to go through the holes. I was not able to insert a long enough pin. It took us a while to find a new pin that was long enough at an auto parts store. Although we got a lock on the pin, it will make it much tougher to steal the ramp now that it has a lock on it. This weekend was our first trip using it, and I've already noticed that it has started to rust after just a week. The XP computer is fine for what it costs. It may not last too long, but for now it does its job. Please note that this will require you to purchase another pin in order for it.
