As promised, the product was delivered. The packaging and contents were well done. It was difficult to follow the instructions, but there were plenty of tutorial videos on YouTube to help with the installation. As a result of working with the seller, I was able to get a 2" hitch I needed. It would be a good idea to It is not easy to lift an electric scooter since it is an extremely heavy job, but this lift makes it easy.
