Previously, I had been attempting to raise things using the hanger's hook. Which is ineffective. They figured out that raising and lowering the hook just below the hook works like a charm. I like that you can raise and lower multiple hangers at once; we have thick wood hangers in our closet and I can still raise two of them. This product is fantastic, and I use it three times a day.
The hook on the end isn't as easy to use with hangers as it is with a shepherd's type hook on a hanger retriever.
I've only recently installed my clothing hook. It's ideal for my large closet, which features a clothing rack that reaches to the ceiling. The extension is ideal and simple to work with.
It's great, it does the job perfectly, and it's simple to store when not in use. Furthermore, it is simple to use. The order was immediately shipped.
